Guests have 24/7 access to the host, when necessary, as I live in the detached main house.

All the amenities - fast wi-fi, 3 TVs (satellite), full size kitchen, washer/dryer, and plenty of parking near the snowmobile trail. Mont Ripley is right nearby for skiers. Quincy View apartment is 6-7 blocks from downtown Houghton. It is one unit in a complex. It’s a quiet building with limited parking. The apartment is a ground floor apartment, so it is not necessary to climb stairs unless you need to use the laundry facilities. The laundry room is located in the basement of the building,with 2 coin operated washers/2 dryers available. The two bedroom apartment is 740 square feet in total. It has an open floor plan between the living room/kitchen.
