Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Hortaleza

Mar was aware of everything at all times, very friendly, although we arrived later than planned did not give us any problems. Thank you! The house is just as seen in the photos, very quiet area and 5 minutes from the village. If you are looking for a quiet place to disconnect and be in nature it is definitely ideal. The only "but" is that the fence of the estate needs arrangements and we could not keep the dogs loose without being aware of them, but it also did not accompany the time for them to be away from home. We stayed at Adelaida’s place for 5 days and had the most wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, she made me, my wife, and our son feel completely at home. She was incredibly welcoming, warm, and proactive in offering help. For example, she noticed we had rented a Tesla and kindly offered to charge it for us, she even took the key and had it ready by the time we were heading out, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We also asked her if we could pay for an extra half day to check out late, but she graciously let us stay until it was time for us to leave for the airport without any extra charge. The house itself is beautiful and very private, exactly as shown in the pictures, if not even better. Adelaida, her husband, and their sons were all so kind and supportive throughout our visit. We would definitely recommend staying here and will absolutely return next time we’re in Madrid ❤️

Accommodation near a metro station and 20 minutes from the center of Madrid. Accommodation located in a quiet area and with a small shopping center and restaurants nearby. Also an ideal park for families and children. Spacious and pleasant accommodation with the patio. Only problem is no free parking if you are driving. I highly recommend this listing and Juan who is a very responsive host and with valuable advice.

Cute small house on the outskirts of Madrid. Was overall a very nice place. All amenities were there. Recommended if you are driving as it has easy parking compared to the city center.

Great place and great hosts

We had a wonderful stay at Hellen and Matya’s place. The location is easy to find and short walk from metro stop, with a supermarket nearby. The place is really beautiful, with lots of light. Everything worked perfectly inside, great shower too. The hosts were quick to respond to queries, gave us clear instructions for checking in and out and made us feel welcome.

Not only is it located is an absolute picturesque and walkable neighborhood, allowing us to experience the city as locals…her balcony served as the a stunning location for our first look wedding photos. 10/10

I had such an incredible stay! Even in the heart of the city, it was extremely quiet and peaceful. I loved the outside terrace. Honestly it's the best place I've ever stayed in Madrid! I am looking forward to going back! Highly recommend! You can tell it is furnished and taken care of with love.

The apartment was very practical for us, we arrived easily and we were able to keep the car throughout the stay since the connection with the center is very good with the subway. Everything was right, clean and ready to use, with lots of kitchenware. A pleasant atmosphere thanks to the heating that worked perfectly. We didn't use it because of the weather, but we saw that it also had air conditioning on both floors. It has a terrace that would have been great, but the weather was not good and the rain prevented us from using it. I think it's important to note that not all the windows have blinds, so light comes in at dawn. This, depending on your taste, can be a point for or against, but I think it's important to know.

The unit was in a great location! It was very walkable to numerous restaurants, city attractions, and the Metro. The unit was as described and clean when we arrived. Clara was very responsive and provided helpful maps and local recommendations. I would recommend this host and unit for future stays.

Nice apartment near the city and with many nice bakeries and cafes in the street. Bus 9 is perfect to commute. The facilities are top notch and love the patio. The apartment is modern and well equipped. Just the entry system lock and app is not really convenient.

Very good value for money, with a good view and a nice overall atmosphere. The full-size kitchen was a great bonus, making the stay even more convenient. Would definitely recommend!

Nati was a great host. She met with us the morning that we arrived and covered all relevant/important information regarding the lodging facility, area, transportation options...etc. We enjoyed the location and learned quickly how to use the local transportation options (metro, bus service, taxi service...etc..). The location was quiet at night and we felt comfortable regarding all amenities provided in the apartment.

Wonderful apartment, very clean, in a very quiet place and close to Madrid . Clean, everything is done to be welcomed . A mercadona is next door , you can walk there. Close to restaurants! tl;dr: we had wonderful stay at Judith/Tamara's place, everything was just perfect. Longer version: the apartments are in a quiet and nice neighborhood, exactly as described and shown in the photos. They are clean and fully equipped with everything required for a family of four. Tamara met us upon arrival, provided step-by-step guidance, and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Perfect place to visit Madrid. Helena and Ra are attentive and respond to all your requests. Metro 5 is at the foot of the accommodation and gives access to the whole city in less than an hour for the most distant destinations. The bedroom and bedding are very comfortable and allow a restful night's sleep after a full day of sightseeing. There are many restaurants at affordable prices nearby. The amenities are functional and meet the essential needs. We'll be happy to go back.

Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people. Carlo’s apartment was very well maintained and centrally located within walking distance to all the sites and museums we wanted to visit. The apartment was very spacious, we never felt crowded and the eight of us had no problems falling asleep. You can make a quick breakfast in the kitchen or go out for breakfast! Highly recommended!
