Although in a residential area, you will be a 10 minute walk from the metro station Mar de Cristal which connects you by metro lines 4 and 8 directly to Barajas International Airport, IFEMA, the Salamanca district, Chamberí and Malasaña. In 30 min, you can be in Puerta del Sol or Bernabeu Stadium. Besides, next to the metro, it is a commercial area with parks and shopping centres.
