Each of the two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, a very bright exterior due to its large windows and a bathroom with everything you need (gel, shampoo, a large shower, a mirror illuminated with LED, etc.). The living room is a bright and versatile space, designed for maximum comfort. Equipped with a sofa bed, it is perfect for hosting additional guests. Regarding the kitchen, American style and connected to the living room, it lends all those amenities and utensils so that there is no shortage of comfort during your stay. It is equipped with AC and heat pump heating. Recommended for both families and couples, considering its perfect dimensions and features, as well as for any business trip, for its unbeatable location. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed, bedside tables and built-in closet. In addition, the living-dining room-kitchen has a very comfortable and practical sofa-bed. Other Amenities: - Fiber optic WiFi connection. - TV. - Towels, linens, gel, shampoo, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. - A crib can be requested for an additional fee (€30). - Possibility of issuing an invoice. When you get to the apartment I will greet you in person. If for any reason I couldn't do it, I will offer you the option of a self check-in. Free check-in takes place from 16 to 18 hours. Check-in after 6pm until 9pm will have an additional charge of €20 to be paid in cash by the guest at the time of key delivery. We have self check-in during those hours and it is free. Check-in time is until 11pm, as stated in the House Rules. If, due to circumstances outside of us (flight delays, etc.) you arrive after 23h, I can offer you the option of having someone greet you in person (there is no possibility of self check-in and check-in must be in person) and in this case, you will have to pay 35€ in cash at the time of delivery of the keys. From 01h to 02h, 50€. After 02h it is not possible to stay on the floor. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of loss or forgetting of keys inside the apartment (€150 to be paid to the locksmith before opening the apartment). Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited under the sanction of the competent authorities. The beds and towels are prepared for the number of people indicated in the reservation. It is not allowed to accommodate more people than the ones indicated in the reservation. Upon confirmation of the reservation, I will request a copy of all passports or identity documents from all guests. Failure to present the same will be the reason for the cancellation of the reservation. Failure to comply with this obligation will give us the right to cancel the reservation without compensation for the customer. In case you forget any belongings in the accommodation, it is your responsibility to take care of it. Although we are committed to keeping them for a limited time, you will need to send someone on their behalf to pick them up. It is important that you notify us of the loss of your belongings and that we inform you that they will be collected from a place other than the accommodation.
