This is a great self contained one bed apartment. At first you might wonder why you would want to be in a quiet industrial estate - but actually the train station and Lidl are very short walks away, town another 10 minute walk and right next door you have Flo’s Cafe which has earned a 5.0 Tripadvisor rating, attracting people from afar. You won’t regret booking this unit.

We had a lovely stay at Jane's flat. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Good parking and access to local trains. It felt nice and private but the hosts were on hand if we needed them and weree very responsive. Some lovely thoughtful touches, it was a real home from home and we would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you 👍

We stayed here while visiting Brighton which is walking distance and also West Sussex. We really loved watching the sunrise at the beach which is very close by at the end of the street. The place has a calming restorative effect with the colour scheme of the interior, artwork, lovely big indoor plants, the sound of birds and sea breeze coming from garden doors Dudley was very good at communicating and helping us to have a smooth check in.

Rebekah and her family were hugely accommodating and facilitated our last minute check in. The grounds were beautiful and secluded and the room itself was clean and had everything needed for a couple. Was the perfect spot for our visit to South Downs national park and Brighton. A car is needed to get around but the area is great. Look forward to staying again. Thank you.

Nice place in a great location

Our stay while short, was comfortable and relaxing! The Studio was the perfect base to come home to after a long day. Sue was a great host, meeting us as we arrived, ensuring we felt right at home. We all enjoyed our stay.

My wife and i had a fantastic 6 days in the apartment. It was incredibly calm, relaxing and peaceful. The hosts left us to our own devices but were available and responded as needed. The apartment was spotlessly clean, better than many hotels, and everything just worked as you needed it. As an example, the shower was just instant hot water, straight away. No silly fiddling with temperature taps etc that normally happens, it just all worked. Apologies Tony we left a chicken in the fridge when we left. Hopefully you cooked it and gave it to Mollie. Can wholeheartedly recommend.

Rebecca & Scott were a perfect hosts, making my stay in Shere incredibly comfortable and special by making thoughtful touches. The apartment was beautiful and spotless. I appreciated their prompt responses and helpful recommendations. Staying in their apartment was a pleasure and a treat. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shere.

Lanie’s place was spotless and very tastefully decorated, peaceful and comfortable. It had everything we needed and she left us a welcome pack of delicious goodies. She made it clear she was on hand in case we needed anything but wasn’t in the least intrusive. Highly recommended and we would love to come again.

The flat is lovely and a great location for the south downs and surrounding areas. Allocated parking. Carrie was really accommodating on check-in and very responsive. The flat was squeaky clean, modern, stylish and comfortable. Beautiful rooms, especially the kitchen which is very well equipped with everything you could need.

Great location. Bed amazing, providing an amazing night sleep. I almost didn’t sleep want to get out of bed! Cosy, so much we had no issue having nights in. Host super responsive and helpful.

Place a little akward to find, need a door number on address when provided. Otherwise this is one of the best we’ve stayed in; never done an AnB before so this kid a whole new experience. Always used premiere Inn and this place came well above it.

Had a lovely weekend, the inside was spotless with all the essentials, perfect location. 10 minute walk to Hove station to get into Brighton, lovely walkable pubs (personal favourite being the stirling arms). The bed was very comfy and the sun hits the balcony early on in the day so is nice to sit and have breakfast or a cup of tea😊. Julie was very responsive and provided a flexible checkout which was great. Overall a weekend to remember.

Perfect - accommodation, host, location The Annex is very clean, spacious and comfortable, thoughtfully designed and furnished, and Shirley is a very good host. Cannot fault it at all. Hassocks has a train station, pub, several cafes and restaurants, takeaways and supermarkets - all within a 5-10 minute easy walk. Everything you need, as well as public footpaths and walks to explore.

Maggie’s place was fantastic—the perfect place for exploring Borough Market and beyond! The apartment was very clean and tidy. It was also beautifully decorated and such a relaxing place to unwind after our busy day out. The hot tub was a massive bonus—talk about luxury! Responses from the host(s) were prompt, friendly, and informative, answering any and all of my questions. We truly appreciated the effort Maggie & co put in to making our stay comfortable. This place was wonderful to stay in. It was my first time traveling to the UK and I had a very pleasant time staying here. The host was responsive and made sure to explain everything to the best of his abilities , which is much appreciated. The hot tub was wonderful and the beds were very comfortable , I felt right at home.

Joanne was so welcoming on our arrival and had the hot tub heated up ready for us to use. Everything you could think of was there for us to use. Unfortunately we had a very busy weekend planned and wished we could have spent more time at the location. We have our next visit booked already and can't wait to use this accommodation another time, spending more time chatting with Joanne and hopefully getting to see more wildlife in the garden.

We were so fortunate to spend four weeks in March in this special place. It was very inviting, comfortable and clean. Simon is, indeed, a superhost. He is so nice, and made such an effort to make our stay pleasant and memorable. There were fresh roses on arrival, along with milk, water and some lovely snacks. Self-checkin was a breeze, so appreciated after a long flight. We didn't have to commit to a specific time which is always appreciated. He even offered to arrange a mid-stay cleaning, including a change of bed linens and towels, for a very reasonable fee. We took advantage of the offer, and it worked out very well. It was a treat to return at the end of the day to a fresh apartment. The neighborhood fantastic, beautiful and so walkable. Public transportation is very convenient, but we took advantage of the great weather and did lots of walking. We hope to return in the future.

Our family had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and in the perfect location with great restaurants and public transit walking distance from the place. Simon was extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely come back.

Debbie’s place has an excellent location close to train stations, cafes, and it is also walkable to some attractions. The flat was very clean and comfortable for two people. We managed to get our suitcases up and down the long and narrow staircase with no issue. Debbie gave us helpful recommendations and was responsive before and during our trip. I would definitely stay again at Debbie’s when in London.

This is a real find for a spacious air bnb. We are a family of six (four kids) and most spaces that can accommodate us are strangely chopped up to maximize bedrooms in odd arrangements. But there’s a nice and natural flow to this place, with two very decent sized bedrooms and two small ones (perfect for kids). It’s basement level but there are enough windows to gardens and courtyards that you don’t feel underground or enclosed. The quality of the fixtures, towels etc was also definitely a few steps above your average air bnb.

My wife and I were looking for an eight-day stay in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the main sights. It was our first visit to London and we had never heard of Pimlico. We were delighted to find exactly the sort of neighborhood feel that we were hoping for, regular people going about their lives. This apartment was exactly what we had in mind! The check in process was very easy and Simone was great about communicating with us throughthe app. The living space is small, but comfortable. We don’t take elevators unless we have to so we were happy to have easy walk up access to the flat. The flat and neighborhood felt extremely safe. We are not night owls, so I can’t comment on the nightlife in the area. Because it is a small space, it does get a bit warm in the flat. The small air conditioner unit was very helpful to cool it down. Overall, the location was the biggest plus for us. Two minute walk to Pimlico underground station. Bus stops right in front of the apartment.
