I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay! The flat was fully equipped with all the essentials and was in impeccable condition. Rebekah is a great host, made everything effortless; she was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a stay in the area. You won't be disappointed.

We had a lovely time at the lodge. It was perfect and it met all of our needs. The lodge felt very homely and you can tell that there has been a lot of thought that’s gone into making sure that the space is fully equipped. It’s also very clean and well decorated and fully furnished. Corrina is definitely a super-host. I stayed there with my partner and child. They both had a great time. We were fortunate that the weather was nice so we were able to make the most of the pretty garden. The location isn’t too far from the beaches and other attractions. Yep, we’ll definitely be back soon.

We had a wonderful (albeit brief) stay at Jane’s beautiful home! The space was spotless, stylish, and so comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a real highlight, and we’re already looking forward to coming back and making the most of it next time. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned due to personal reasons, but Jane was incredibly understanding and kind about our situation. She was a fantastic host throughout—thoughtful, responsive, and welcoming. A special thank you for the delicious-looking marmalade waiting for us on arrival! We can’t wait to enjoy it at breakfast. Highly recommend Jane’s place for anyone looking for a peaceful and lovely escape. We hope to return soon!

This is an amazing and beautiful eco property. Ivana and John have spent a lot of time carefully considering so many aspects of their beautiful home. The location is so peaceful. The beautiful aspect across their garden meant you could see wildlife and bunnies and beautiful sunrises. 🌅 All beds were super comfy. The wood burner was cozy. The sofa was great for a family and their TV stereo set up was brilliant. There are ALOT of lights etched to get used to, that create mood lighting in each room and Ivana manages the heating of the property remotely.

The barn was beautiful, we had such a lovely stay. The decor was stunning and there was lots of special touches that made our stay more comfortable. Michelle was very good at communicating with us and the main owner of the barn met us on out first day and gave us lots of useful information regarding the barn the sites and walks around the area. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

We had the most wonderful stay at The Shell Seekers – truly a perfect escape! The house is incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and with the most stunning, unobstructed sea views. The location is absolutely unbeatable – right on the beach, peaceful and private, yet still close to great places to explore. It was the ideal half term getaway. Inside, the house is very well equipped and extremely comfortable. It's also dog-friendly, though the outdoor space is open, so we needed to keep a close eye on them. We loved the indoor pool, and the whole place had such a calm, welcoming atmosphere – we truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. Perhaps a couple of extra touches like some gym equipment or loungers on the upstairs balcony could make this already stunning home even more exceptional. The cleaning could have been to a better standard. Gemma was fantastic – so professional and friendly throughout our stay. We are looking forward to booking our next stay already.

We had a lovely stay at Eden Cottage. The cottage had everything we needed with some thoughtful little extras in the kitchen and bathroom. Our little Frenchies sniffed their way around the enormous secure grounds and the pool was a real treat too! We checked out and drove just 30mins down to the coast and had a great walk in the sunshine watching all the kite surfers at Hayling Island followed by a giant ice cream! This was ideal for our family as we were attending our daughter's wedding. There was plenty of space for us all to spread out and do what was needed. Lovely dog walks and fields for ball games just across the road. Nicola rescued us on the day of the wedding when the hob didn't work. She took away the sausages etc and cooked them for us. Great when under pressure!

A great little gem in a beautiful location, nice modern kitchen, the cottage is 180 years old we loved the history, lovely large garden for when it’s not raining and easy drivable to main towns and stores and gatwick airport, easy to get to mainline station Three Bridges for fast trains to London and Brighton. hosts are very welcoming, arrived off an all night flight so teas coffees, milk fresh bread and eggs a good addition. Look out for the instruction manual lots of good info in there. Thanks for hosting us.

Thank you Katherine for the stay in your comfy and welcoming home. It is a very fun little house with a back garden looking onto the old church. We were four adults and had an excellent time. The house is equipped with everything you need and parking spaces were plentiful. We had delicious take away from the Indian restaurant at the back of the church, and the coop across the road has all the groceries you might need. Also we had a good dinner at the pub , a five minute walk away. I highly recommend Katherine's home as a stay.

A truly lovely cottage. I took my dog and was able to walk straight onto some amazing trails. Everything in the cottage worked. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.

Very comfortable house with good amenities, easy to reach with good transport links, and quiet. We imagine the little garden would be pleasant to use if the weather allowed (we were visiting family nearby for christmas). Would certainly recommend this property.

Beautiful cottage, extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Perfect location for train into Brighton during Marathon weekend. Did not want to leave! Will definitely be booking again in the future.

Had a fantastic few days at Nest Cottage. The cottage was exactly, if not better than described. It was easy to find, check in was simple and the cottage perfect and very comfortable. Aside from one day of poor weather, we loved exploring the West Sussex area, with Arundel and Bosham being particular favourites. There are many places to eat and relax, although you may need to plan ahead as a lot of pubs and restaurants are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. We loved The Pig as always great food and relaxing environment, The Swan in Arundel for good pub food and service, and the Squire & Horse in Bury, although be sure to be hungry when you visit the latter as the portions are not for the feint hearted (The food is great quality too). Lots of places both local and a little further afield for walking, and the cottage contains a lot of possible routes and recommendations. A thoroughly enjoyable short break.

We had a delightful one night stay at The Nest on our way to the south coast. After a long day of travel, arriving at The Nest was a welcome embrace. Spotlessly clean and so cozy, it is clear that Sally and Steven have put much care and effort into making this lovely space an oasis. We slept well and were appreciative of the optional breakfast. Steven's culinary skills provided us with a hearty start to the day and we enjoyed the opportunity of chatting with Sally and learning more about the area. Our only regret is that this was a one night stay. If ever in the area, we would certainly stay again. While we did not visit on this trip, we highly recommend nearby Petworth--both the town and the National Trust property are within easy reach.

Kate’s Place is beyond description. Perfect in every way. The converted barn has every modern convenience. Comfortable, lots of room, very stylish, quiet and secluded. The beds were very comfortable with great pillows which is always very important we loved it. Easy access to the west, London or the further south. We made several day trips. Kate is an amazing host and made our stay perfect. We can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic place to stay, we booked last minute for a wedding because our initial place cancelled on us, and Adam was so responsive and helpful. We had everything we needed and it's incredibly easy to get to from both London and Gatwick. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. A perfect little house with easy access to the town and lovely countryside.

Spent Christmas in this cottage with relatives and it was perfect. Very warm and cosy, with lovely furnishings and so comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make Christmas dinner. The hosts were very friendly and had decorated the cottage beautifully for Christmas and left us essential groceries and treats. We had a brilliant time. Lovely walks nearby and lots of places to see. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay during May half term with the kids - the house is stunning, even better than the photos and the view is spectacular. The house has a very high -end finish to it and had everything you could wish for in terms of amenities. We look forward to visiting again sometime soon
