Colin met me at the door and was very friendly whilst he showed me around the annex studio. It has everything that I could expect and I was impressed by the central heating radiators that I could turn on when needed. It is a great place to stay and i would certainly go again.

We had a comfortable stay. The place was well furnished, had all the necessities a guest may need. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay, the flat is warm, clean and very comfortable sofas. Beautiful walks straight from the house. Very convenient for Leeds and wonderful restaurants within a short drive.

Great place to stay whilst visiting family in Horsforth. Very comfortable bed, fantastic shower and great to have tea/coffee making facilities. We would definitely have sat in the garden if it had been warmer. Steven was a lovely host and we hope to book to stay again soon.
