Very clean and nice! The bedroom was significantly colder than the rest of the unit, even after increasing the heat during my winter stay. Noise from the upstairs tenants was also easily heard.

Corey’s place was one of our best ABNB stays ever. As ABNB hosts, ourselves, we greatly appreciated the perfectly clean space, friendly and helpful communications, as well as the convenient location and modern amenities. My Airbnb stay was fantastic. The host was very responsive, and the apartment is beautifully renovated and matches the description. It's close to a hospital, so you might hear sirens at night, but it's manageable. The queen-size bed had a slight unevenness issue, but there's a more comfortable king-size bed in another room. When it comes to parking, I parked my car outside, and the signboard indicating no parking during specific times was slightly behind the street parking lane outside the house. However, what truly shone was the host's incredible kindness in covering the parking ticket, going above and beyond to ensure a stress-free stay. This gesture was a testament to their dedication to guest satisfaction. Even my visiting family loved this Airbnb. I'd definitely return if I'm in Erie again.

The space was clean and homie. I really enjoyed my stay, I would recommend for any solo travel or work trips!
