This cozy apartment has all the new amenities you will want! Not to mention, you are only 4 miles away from the beautiful Presque Isle. If you are looking for a cozy and peaceful getaway, this is the place for you! There is another Airbnb on the property which is the house of lower level.There is no shared living space and entrances.

Welcome to our Mid Century Modern Home. This is a very unique residence that we are thrilled to share with others. We are close to the Erie Zoo, Peach Street, I-90, I-79, Lecom Health, Millcreek Mall, Erie Downs & Casino, Splash Lagoon (all within 5-7 minutes) & about 3.5 miles to Lake Erie. Our home is full of eclectic style, artwork and an abundance of character and can easily accommodate 8 guests, more than 8 please contact us. Pets do live here but will not be in the home during your stay.

We do not host locals. Our private 2 bedroom, one bath suite is the perfect location for year round activities. It is attached to our home but, has it's own private entrance with gated driveway. It is close to beaches, amusement park, water park and nature hikes. There is free access to the hot tub and barbecue grill. Parking is off street and private with room for your boat or trailer.
