On the ground floor you will find kitchen/living room, bathroom and bedroom. On the 1st floor is a large living room in open connection with the bedroom. In the large and lush garden, you can play and make fires, or walk around and pick berries, fruits and herbs for the food. Activities: Legoland and Lalandia. Juelsminde Marina and Nature Playground.

The house is close to Mossø, and it is possible to launch, boat, canoe, kayak or similar at an associated country house about 250 meters away. Canoeing available. The cottage is located in the middle of the Jutland lake highlands with a huge selection of nature experiences on land or at sea. 20 minutes walk from the house the train stops in Alken towards Århus or Ry/Silkeborg. Great starting point for all types of holidays in East Jutland.

All within walking distance. Short distance to the train station, the prison, city center, Fitness X and the very popular Bygholm park if you have time for a walk in the countryside.

You can also go to Snaptun, from where ferries sail to the peaceful islands of Hjarnø and Endelave – perfect for a day out in nature.

The house is 150 meters from the light rail, so you can get to Odder in about five minutes or reach Aarhus and all the possibilities there in half an hour. It is 7.5 km to Saksild Strand, which is known as one of Denmark's best and most child-friendly beaches. In addition, it is only 11 km to Moesgaard Museum, 6.5 km to the fantastic Fru Møllers Mølleri and 3.5 km to Padel Laden, where you can book a court and equipment online.

Located directly on Dyngby/Saxild Beach you will find this unique and newly renovated 60's cottage with a focus on creating an exclusive and cozy interior with beautiful surroundings and beach environment. The house is located 30 meters from the beach, so you can enjoy the outdoor areas and the large and beautiful wooden terrace in privacy. The house is 180m2 and provides plenty of space to enjoy both winter and summer seasons and has been completely modernized a few years ago.
