Welcome to a beautifully located, newly built 70 m2 cottage and 20 m2 annex located in wild nature. The house is surrounded by 165 m2 of elevated terrace, and is located 30 meters from Mossø in the 2nd row, where you hear the waves crashing against the shore. From the terrace you often see ducks, geese, herons, birds of prey, sparrows and other small birds. There is a common lake bed directly belonging to Mossø of 1500m2 and with 50 meters of sandy waterfront. Here you can put your little boat, canoe, kayak, etc. and the fishing opportunities are really good.

Cozy, spacious and quiet

The house is homey, cozy and spacious and with space on the terrace in summer and in front of the wood-burning stove in winter. With three rooms and an alcove, there are 8 beds, there is the possibility to gather family and friends. The house is located on a nice large plot, where you will find a large trampoline and garden games and is only 500 meters from the beach and jetty. The area also offers plenty of opportunities for walks through the forest and beach 2 km to shopping Note: Guests do the cleaning themselves before departure.

Newly renovated cottage in As Vig

The cottage was completely renovated in the spring of 2025 and appears bright and modern. The house is located in the popular area of As Vig, only about 400 meters from a child-friendly beach and 200 meters from the nearest shopping facilities. In addition, you will find a larger play area just 100 meters from the house. The area offers a wealth of activities, including golf and hiking. Nearby is also the cozy holiday town of Juelsminde, which is known for its maritime environment, good restaurants and many summer activities.

Private sandy beach and sauna

Beautiful home (year 2020) in a very unique location. Located right down to the water with its own sandy beach and where you can swim all year round. The accommodation contains a sauna with a window to the water, from which you can really enjoy the view of the calm water while completely disconnecting. The house also has 3 canoes/kayaks and associated life jackets, so you can enjoy one of Denmark's largest lakes, which is also connected to the Gudenåen. You can also fish directly from the house, as the lake is rich in fish.

Lovely cottage on a large plot located in the 2nd row with 100 meters to the beach and sea view from the kitchen. Large covered terraces. There is a sauna, 4 bicycles and 2 kayaks available. The cottage area is quiet and peaceful with approx. 2 km to the ice house in Saksild and 4 km to Hou Harbor. There are good shopping opportunities in Hou and Odder When renting the cottage, it is possible to purchase bed linen and towels for DKK 150/€20 per person. Final cleaning and consumption are not included in the stay.

Housing in Odder

Dette skønne sommerhus har et fantastisk lysindfald fra syd og vest til det store alrum med køkken, stue og pejsestue i ét. Huset har mange hyggelige kroge inde og ude og er indrettet med både nye og gamle ting, så det er både praktisk, afslappet og hyggeligt at være i huset. Der er terrasser på alle sider og en stor have fuld af blomster og skovjordbær. Der er 5 minutters gang til den dejligste sandstrand og 25 minutters kørsel til Aarhus med Tivoli, Aros, Den Gamle By, Moesgaard osv.

Large house close to Aarhus

Take the entire family to our fantastic house in the countryside. Play table tennis in the activity room, sweat on the trampoline in the garden or take the kayak to the nearby lake. If you’re feeling cultural, the bus and train to Aarhus leave regularly from close to the house. You can also go by car - a 20 min. drive. The house has 2 bathrooms plus a separate toilet, so you have the possibility to share the house, if you wish.

Skanderborg with private Lake access

Large modern and spacius house with plenty of room. Situated next to Skanderborg Lake with own private access to the lake. You can use our paddle boards and kayak for trips on the lake. You can use our bbq area and patio for wonderfull summer evenings by the water The house is very close to various attractions in Jutland, including city of Aarhus, Legoland, the west coast and H.C. Andersens house i Odense.
