The house is surrounded by 165 m2 of elevated terrace, and is located 30 meters from Mossø in the 2nd row, where you hear the waves crashing against the shore. From the terrace you often see ducks, geese, herons, birds of prey, sparrows and other small birds. There is a common lake bed directly belonging to Mossø of 1500m2 and with 50 meters of sandy waterfront. Here you can put your little boat, canoe, kayak, etc. and the fishing opportunities are really good.

The cottage is located next to one of Denmark's most beautiful child-friendly beaches. Here, there is plenty of opportunity for lovely walks along the beach, crabbing and a round of mini golf on Denmark's oldest mini golf course. In the summer months, there are several good takeaway options in the area. The cottage was renovated in 2019, with respect for the history of the house.

Beautiful cottage 50 meters from the water in AS Vig at Juelsminde. Really cozy cottage of 75 m2. Sleeps 5, 2 bedrooms and a sofa. Washing machine, WiFi, heat pump and wood stove. It is winterized so you can stay there all year round. Nice area only 50 meters down to a super nice beach. Playground just outside the cottage.
