Newly built cottage by Mossø with a view to the lake

Welcome to a brand new built cottage of 70m2 and annex of 20 m2, located in wild nature. The house is bordered by 165 m2 of raised terrace, and is located 30 meters from Mossø, where you regularly hear the waves' roar facing land. From the terrace you often see ducks, geese, fishing herons, birds of prey, woodpeckers and other small birds, and even nightingales. The house includes a common search round of 1500m2 and with a 50 meter sandy waterfront. Here you can put your boat, canoe, kayak or anything else and the fishing possibilities are really good.

There are several terraces, 1 is covered. As well as greenhouse The house is located on a dead end road, in a quiet area. The house is 79 sqm and fenced garden of 875 sqm. It is 5 min walk to beach, ice houses, restaurant and mini golf course. It is 7 km to Odder and 24 km to Aarhus

Cozy family summer house right down to the beach. In the house there is room for 6 adults and 1 child, during the summer months there is a cozy annex with room for 4 adults. The cottage is located down to one of Denmark's most beautiful child-friendly beaches. Here is ample opportunity for lovely walks along the beach, sharp catch and a beat mini golf on Denmark's oldest mini golf course. During the summer months, there are several good takeaway options in the area. The cottage was renovated in 2019, with respect for the history of the house.

Relax in this unique family cottage with direct beach access. Sleeps 4 nice sleeping places (large double bed as well as 2 single- elevation beds) and a loft for children or the teenager. At +4 guests, DKK 100/night pp, so access to two annexes with a double bed in each. All in all, 8 good sleeping places. Peaceful tranquil charm with personal touch, direct access to the sea, semi-stemmed grand piano and bus outside the door. Ideal for holiday and/or creative retreat (2 writing spaces overlooking the sea, wifi, etc.

Charming cottage just 50 meters from the beach! The cottage in As Vig at Juelsminde, with lots of charm, character and an amazing vibe. The sloping plot provides an extra nice look to the water. Perfect for a family with a family with access to a playground-and right on an undisturbed sandy beach. The house has wonderful terraces, some covered, which gives just the right atmosphere with tranquility and wellness overlooking the bay can really be enjoyed whether it is while sitting inside or outside.

We had a really nice stay at Lotte and Claus's place. They are very friendly and welcoming and welcomed us. Both room and bathroom were in super nice condition.

We had a very nice time and a cozy New Year's Eve in Malling. The house is extremely cozy, you feel right at home. The large living room invites you to sit together in front of the fireplace. Instead of the wing, there is a nice and voluminous piano there. The firewood hardware store is within minutes by car, as is the supermarkets. Upon arrival, the floor and tables were still a little crumbly, but otherwise it was clean and it was all there to keep the house in order even. In the kitchen there is everything for baking & cooking. When eating in the dining room you have a wonderful view of the small fjord, in winter also the rising sun. Walking within about 10 minutes you are at the open Baltic Sea with a beautiful beach. The sauna works well, three people fit in. Peter took care of a power problem immediately and was immediately responsive. Thanks for the wonderful time!

It was a nice room that we used in connection with being invited to a party at Norsminde Kro. It was within walking distance of the inn and located in a quiet area. The room was ready and prepared when we checked in, and there was what we needed.

We had a really great time at Jan's cottage! The house is super nice and the people in the area are friendly. For bad weather there is a small sauna including outdoor shower. Above all, the fantastic natural beach is only 1-2 minutes walking. We like to come back 😍

We spent a week here and would have loved to stay longer. The area is so quiet and peaceful. The sea view from the living room is amazing in itself. The horses right outside the window are the icing on the cake. Eli is very helpful and friendly and gave us some good tips.
