Our apartment is located in the mountains in the Krkonoše, in the town of Žacléř. The accommodation is especially suitable for large families and groups of friends. We can accommodate up to 12 people. The apartment has a cinema room, with a great sound system, an Xbox game console and a large spacious couch. The apartment also includes a wine cellar, which is fully equipped with quality wine from a Czech winery, but beer lovers will not be disappointed either. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a built-in oven in the kitchenette and a hot tub on the terrace.

A beautiful cottage, which is our dream come true, that we are happy to share with you. The cottage, built in 1919, has undergone a complete extensive renovation (2023), which has made the building an ideal place to relax. The entire renovation was done with an emphasis on creating a pleasant, even family and comfortable environment from which you will not want to return home, just like us and our family. The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the Krkonoše National Park - the cottage is surrounded by forest on two sides.

In the heart of the Rudawy Landscape Park, near the Colorful Lakes, there are "dream houses" - created with passion and love - designed and built by ourselves. The cottages surrounded by nature were planned in accordance with the Tiny House idea - a small but very functional space - conducive to closeness. Each cottage has a panoramic window overlooking the mountains instead of a TV, and outside there are 2 terraces and a jacuzzi - from where you can admire the landscapes, sunsets and stars.

Villa Adélka - a cozy cottage in the Krkonoše Mountains

Adélka is situated in Horní Maršov, the gate to Eastern Krkonoše. From us you can discover every corner of Krkonoše. We are close to Černá Hora, Sněžka, Pomezní boudy and Rýchory. Adélka is ideal for families or groups of friends and since she is a big girl, she can accomodate easily 25 people. There is a big fully equipped kitchen, big common room (Hospoda) and enough private and common rooms to enjoy your stay. Downstairs there is more private apartment with own kitchen and bathroom.

Gdzieś na łące, miedzy Karkonoszami a Rudawami Janowickimi, stoi dom a w nim trzy niezależne apartamenty. Wokół szumią łąki i ćwierkają ptaki. Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines.
