Brilliant house in a beautiful location. Pavel was a great host with quick and easy communication prior to and throughout our stay. The accommodation is even better than described and absolutely perfect for large groups.

The house is really beautiful - on a hillside overlooking the mountains, surrounded by trees. The walkers had a place to disappear for days, but a lot of us were just hanging out with a cup of coffee, admiring the views. You can completely forget about the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is fantastic for groups - it has space to park several cars in the summer, it is spacious inside, with many separate common spaces. There's a place to hang out, but there's a place for smaller groups. For board lovers, RPG games, or just shared meals, there are plenty of tables and chairs ;) The house has everything you need to spend many days there - dishes, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc. There is also a sauna and an outdoor heated bale. In addition, the house has an amazing atmosphere - beautiful old fixtures, wooden floor, sheep under the window... We spent an entire breakfast discussing the chairs in the upper dining room :D I recommend wholeheartedly <3

Suitable for large parties. Plenty of rooms and bed, equipped kitchen. Nice environment. The only thing you'd like to invest in a cozy home.

We had a nice and cosy time around christmas. The house is perfectly equipped and we fehlt very comfortable. There is a lot of space, wonderful with children. My nephew enjoyed to play with all the toys provided. We had some nice trips to the mountains and enjoyed our holidays - thank you very much!

Very large home with many opportunities to keep busy. We had a great stay. However, we noticed some minor maintenance work in the house. All in all, it was a wonderful time.

Perfect for a good time in a larger group! We were with six families at Jakub's and enjoyed the time very much. Helpful, direct and friendly communication. Beautiful surroundings. Sure, the house is not a new building, but everything is available: bathroom/WC in each room, fully equipped kitchen incl. Dispenser, pool, hot tub, volleyball court, grill & fireplace right at the house, short walk to Černá studnice.

Together with my partner, we chose Mr. Andrzej's offer. Everything was as described, quiet neighborhood and beautiful view from the room. Easy and quick access to any place. We recommend it and we will definitely come back 😊😊

We were immediately impressed with the accommodation on arrival. It absolutely matched the descriptions and we were warmly welcomed by Marek & Anna. We arrived in separate groups and were able to check in flexibly. The house is suitable for 5 people and well equipped. A small oven would be helpful, but basically the kitchen has everything you need. On hot summer days, it can certainly be very warm in the rooms - we had pleasant temperatures in the house during our trip in June. For the winter, the house is even equipped with a fireplace. We had a wonderful time at Anna & Marek's - for breakfast we were even brought homemade jam and we received great recommendations for activities/restaurants. Nearby is the restaurant of Schloss Fischbach, which we can only warmly recommend. Thanks for being an incredible Host! We will be happy to come back.

We were a group of friends of 14 people. Everyone noted the coziness and comfort of this magnificent house. The entire house was spotlessly clean. Well-equipped kitchen and plenty of space for everyone in the shared room. Separately, we want to note how interesting and tasteful interior decor is. It was very interesting for us to look at and discuss all sorts of interesting details . Also near the house there is a magnificent garden available to guests, where we enjoyed walking, playing and grilling . We could enjoy interacting with cute and affectionate cats and a dog in the garden. The hosts of the house are friendly and helpful. When we had any questions they were easily accessible, but completely their presence nearby in the house was completely unnoticeable. We are all perfectly satisfied with the weekend spent in this house. Thank You

I recommend this property. Apartment 4, where we were with 4 people, is really big. Huge living room with kitchen, separate bedroom, bathroom, hallway. The bathroom had towels, a hair dryer, a washing machine for 3.5 kg load, a bowl, and a stool for children. In the kitchen there is a double induction hob, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, dishwasher cubes, cloth, sponge, dish soap, dustpan, tableware, etc. Stools and 4 chairs on the terrace. We were in New Year's Eve and I'll say it was hot in the property to the point that we had unscrewed heaters. In the living room, there is a huge couch that is 1.6m x 2m when unfolded. The apartment also had a vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, etc. There is amazing contact with the host, responds quickly to messages, answers the phone, she is very helpful at check-in.

The place has an excellent location, basically around the corner is the main entrance to the Prachov rocks. We really liked the garden, although it is shared with the other smaller cabin, it is big enough and the barbecue area has every chalet it. Great outdoor seating. Great communication with the owners. Beautiful and well-kept apartment with an eye for details: from ear sticks and tea bags to small touches. Highly recommended to go on vacation there for a week.

Quiet neighborhood, the cottage was clean, warm, and cozy. The only downside is the small kitchen equipment, but you can work in it:). Good contact with the owner, I highly recommend!

I really enjoyed staying here. It's a cute little apartment off to the side of town. There' a great walking trail just a little up hill. Petr's dog is ridiculously friendly, just wants to lean on you and be pet. :) If you have mobility issues, ask about the stairs - they're pretty steep, feels more like a ladder. Makes for a very cute bedroom feel, though!

The house is very bright, warm, cozy, many living plants. It's like visiting people you've known for a long time. All necessary dishes, bedding are available. Lenka, very kind and responsible. Answered all questions for our comfortable stay. The surrounding area is green and lots of space to play ball, there is everything you need. We will come again! Recommended!🤗🌹😉

We had a great time at Familiehus Fuchs. 3 adults and 6 children had a lot of fun and space to relax. We will be back.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was exactly as described, but still managed to exceed our expectations. It was spotless and had everything we needed. The outdoor space, though, was the real standout - peaceful, private, and surrounded by greenery. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We stayed in this accommodation for a week with 3 families and felt very comfortable. The space in the house is completely sufficient to spend time with many children. The garden with the meadows and forests behind the house also give many opportunities for quick and easy excursions directly from the property. The house is very nice and homely, you should just know that any insulation is missing and you actually hear every step. Photographed with a wide angle, it still looks bigger than it is in the pictures. Still enough for the number of guests indicated. Wood for fireplaces (we would actually have needed it because heating with electricity is very expensive), or even for a campfire should be provided yourself, because the existing one is very price-intensive with €10/small box. All in all still recommended.

Communication with Jaroslav was always very good, he answered all the questions we had. The appartment itself was very clean and had all we needed. The kids loved the pool and the spacious garden. We will remember our week over there as a perfect holiday with the sweetest hosts.

We had a wonderful time at Ondřej’s house. The house is very clean, cosy, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It’s perfect for a large group, including our furry friends — we had three dogs, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The location is simply ideal: the surrounding nature is beautiful, and everything you might need is conveniently nearby. We’d also like to highlight the host — Ondřej is very responsive and always ready to help with any questions. We were more than satisfied and would happily recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay!
