Our duplex apartment with terrace is located in a quiet and sunny part of Horní Maršov (7 km from Pec pod Sněžkou and 7 km from Jánské Lázně) with a beautiful view of the local hunting lodge, parish and church on the edge of the forest, yet 450 m from the center. The place is suitable for all ages, families with children and pets. There is a barbecue area. Parking space under the patio - open garage. Since we appreciate every visit, we have a welcome gift for every guest when they arrive.

This modern house, built in 2015, is a part of semi-detached house and is located 10 min walk from the parking lot near the cable car lift to Snezka. Skibus stop is located 100 metres from the house. There are two bedrooms with a double bed, bunk bed and en-suite bathroom in each of them. The house has a living room with a TV and fireplace, equiped kitchen and a dining table. There is also a garage and infrasauna. The house is great for family vacations. No parties please.

We stayed over new years with a big group including kids. All rooms had their own bathrooms and downstairs is a big kitchen and living room area. The kitchen had really everything you need to cook. We even had a Christmas tree in the living room. Tomasz and his wife are very friendly and didn’t complain that we were laughing a lot also at night. It was a very pleasant stay!

Thank you Kasia for your great hospitality. The house is great, we were there as a big family and enjoyed the weekend to the maximum. Outside by the campfire we cooked a delicious winter stew, inside everyone sat around the fireplace, playing games chatting and laughing. We had a really great stay at this cottage! The host was incredibly helpful-he explained everything accurately at the beginning and was available when needed. The cottage itself has its own unique atmosphere, which makes staying here even more enjoyable. The neighborhood is quiet and picturesque, perfect for resting. An additional advantage is the great location – close to both slopes or trails. Highly recommended🤌🏽🤌🏽
