A beautiful cottage, which is our dream come true, that we are happy to share with you. The cottage, built in 1919, has undergone a complete extensive renovation (2023), which has made the building an ideal place to relax. The entire renovation was done with an emphasis on creating a pleasant, even family and comfortable environment from which you will not want to return home, just like us and our family. The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the Krkonoše National Park - the cottage is surrounded by forest on two sides.

Newly renovated spacious and bright apartment close to ski buses to Janske Spa and Pec pod Snezkou (you can ski). Smaller resorts (Duncan, Mladé Buky) can also be reached on foot. Parking is in the public parking lot in front of the house. Close by is a convenience store, a playground, and a restaurant with great beer and burgers. The place is great not only for skiing in winter, but also for biking, hiking and car trips. There are many attractions within easy reach. Adélka is situated in Horní Maršov, the gate to Eastern Krkonoše. From us you can discover every corner of Krkonoše. We are close to Černá Hora, Sněžka, Pomezní boudy and Rýchory. Adélka is ideal for families or groups of friends and since she is a big girl, she can accomodate easily 25 people. There is a big fully equipped kitchen, big common room (Hospoda) and enough private and common rooms to enjoy your stay. Downstairs there is more private apartment with own kitchen and bathroom.

This modern house, built in 2015, is a part of semi-detached house and is located 10 min walk from the parking lot near the cable car lift to Snezka. Skibus stop is located 100 metres from the house. There are two bedrooms with a double bed, bunk bed and en-suite bathroom in each of them. The house has a living room with a TV and fireplace, equiped kitchen and a dining table. There is also a garage and infrasauna. The house is great for family vacations. No parties please.
