A beautiful cottage, which is our dream come true, that we are happy to share with you. The cottage, built in 1919, has undergone a complete extensive renovation (2023), which has made the building an ideal place to relax. The entire renovation was done with an emphasis on creating a pleasant, even family and comfortable environment from which you will not want to return home, just like us and our family. The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the Krkonoše National Park - the cottage is surrounded by forest on two sides.

In such places, the first thing a person sees after waking up in the morning is a deer right outside the window or, at night, a sky full of stars overhead. Nachází se v blízkosti malebných horských měst (Jilemnice, Semily, Vrchlabí) a četných lyžařských středisek včetně Sněžky, nejvyššího vrcholu v ČR. 30 km od lokality je přírodní rezervace Český ráj, která nabízí celou řadu krásných trekingových, horolezeckých a raftingových zážitků.

Modern House with Sauna in the heart of Krkonoše

This modern house, built in 2015, is a part of semi-detached house and is located 10 min walk from the parking lot near the cable car lift to Snezka. Skibus stop is located 100 metres from the house. There are two bedrooms with a double bed, bunk bed and en-suite bathroom in each of them. The house has a living room with a TV and fireplace, equiped kitchen and a dining table. There is also a garage and infrasauna. The house is great for family vacations. No parties please.

Welcome to a 48 sqm apartment, situated 200 meters from the National Park of Giant Mounts border. It is the only apartment in this building. Below there is a sauna for Guests and a private garage. You will find here place for up to 4 Guests. We installed central heating and a fireplace. Apartment Jagodka has a sunny 10 sqm balcony, living room with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, elegant bathroom and a bedroom. There is also a free parking place for Your car/cars.

There is also a dry toilet, which is not heated. Upstairs is a spacious room with a double bed and balcony access. Ski slopes, cross-country trails, and cycling paths are nearby. Pets welcome.
