A beautiful cottage, which is our dream come true, that we are happy to share with you. The cottage, built in 1919, has undergone a complete extensive renovation (2023), which has made the building an ideal place to relax. The entire renovation was done with an emphasis on creating a pleasant, even family and comfortable environment from which you will not want to return home, just like us and our family. The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the Krkonoše National Park - the cottage is surrounded by forest on two sides.

The Krakonoš apartment is a two-storey cozy and luxuriously equipped accommodation in a 35 m² mountain cottage. It offers a fully equipped kitchenette with Nespresso coffee machine, oven and TV, bathroom with large shower. The attic bedroom has a double bed + 1 extra bed. Thanks to its location, it combines peace and authentic mountain atmosphere with walking access to the center of Pec, Relax Park and the cable car to Sněžka. The perfect place for relaxing and active holidays in the Giant Mountains.

The "Tower" - Unique Nature House

The "Tower" is special, anthroposophy, high energy nature house, with great view to Giant Mountain in Karkonoski Park, Lower Silesia, Poland. The architectural and interior design are based on natural materials from the region. It's great place for solo adventurers or couples that are looking for a quiet place to be alone with their thought, reading, writing, meditating, painting, swiming in the waterfall, listening to music, biking, runing or long walking in the beautiful forest surrounding.

Villa Adélka - a cozy cottage in the Krkonoše Mountains

Adélka is situated in Horní Maršov, the gate to Eastern Krkonoše. From us you can discover every corner of Krkonoše. We are close to Černá Hora, Sněžka, Pomezní boudy and Rýchory. Adélka is ideal for families or groups of friends and since she is a big girl, she can accomodate easily 25 people. There is a big fully equipped kitchen, big common room (Hospoda) and enough private and common rooms to enjoy your stay. Downstairs there is more private apartment with own kitchen and bathroom.

Zen Meadow: Apartment 1

Gdzieś na łące, miedzy Karkonoszami a Rudawami Janowickimi, stoi dom a w nim trzy niezależne apartamenty. Wokół szumią łąki i ćwierkają ptaki. Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

At the cottage you can enjoy the sun from dawn to evening blush. The view from the terrace will captivate you. The mountain meadow around the cottage is a great and especially safe place for children. Here you can "get out of sight" for a while. Enjoy peace and quiet and relax while the children run around the meadow. The cottage also has a children's playground. Cottage Na hráni can be found in the eastern Giant Mts.. This location is part of the Krkonoše National Park.

Brand new modern apartment is located in a beautiful environment and quiet location of the Giant Mountains. Walking distance from the center of Pec pod Sněžkou is about 15 minutes. The place of stay is located directly on the main hiking trail. The private parking area is right next to the property. A ski bus stop is a 3-minute walk away. Our apartment is an ideal place for independent travelers, nature lovers, adventurers, active families with children and decent pets.

The glass terrace allows you to enjoy the surrounding beauty of nature from the comfort of the interior. Here you can enjoy a morning coffee or a romantic dinner. There is a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor grill. And wellness? Forget all your worries in our outdoor year-round hot tub under the open sky!

Apartment FuFu

Our cozy and quiet apartment is located in our family house in Lánov (Prostřední Lánov). We have a garden, right under the forest. The apartment has its own separate entrance from the other side of the house. It's pleasantly cool in the summer, and we've prepared floor heating for you this winter, so you won't be cold inside. Parking is in front of the house behind the gate on private land. For up to 2 Persons, no more kid!

Between the Jizera Mountains and the Giant Mountains...

A secluded, original, charming place to stay and relax for both two and the family. Roe deer and a large number of different bird species are regular guests of the surrounding fields. Beautiful views of the Chojnik Castle and the Karkonosze Mountains. There are rural buildings and farms in the area. Close to hiking trails and great cycling routes :) Wi-Fi on site, high-speed fiber optic Internet :) I highly recommend it!
