He wisely recognized for decades to come this would be a prized place of rest, enjoyed by 5 generations. Our two kayaks for beginners and new paddle board are available for rent. Shuck, kayak, crab, clam, soak in the hot tub or just relax by the river rock fireplace in our beautiful beach cabin. 315' of oyster rich no bank waterfront on a sheltered cove. Everyone will have fun at Octopus Hole! Also available for rent are our adjacent studio cottage and our 2-bedroom 1930's cabin, located on the far side of the studio. All 3 cabins are located right next to each other, right on the beach. Rent two or all three cabins for a large group or a reunion!

The bedroom features bunk beds (perfect for little ones) while the loft features a mid-century modern Queen bed for adults. Basic kayaks, inflatables, and life jackets are provided! Enjoy the peace & serenity of a quiet, non-motorized little lake in the woods in a classic, vintage A-Frame!
