Private suite vacation rentals in Hood Canal

This stay fully met our expectations. My son and I visited Seattle for a college tour and the location near the UW campus--while still being accessible to other areas of the city--was great fit. Our hosts graciously left us a personalized welcome sign and yummy snacks... such a lovely touch. We appreciated the cozy rec room vibe and found the space to be very welcoming, clean, and a great value. Love the terrarium in the window well! As far as meals, while we would have been fine with grocery shopping and prepping basic meals in the apartment, we decided to use the money we saved on housing to go out to eat. We did not have to go far for a great breakfast in Montlake at Oxbow Bakery. For dinner we tried Umi Sake House (well known and lives up to the reviews) and another sushi place in Belltown called Sushi Ave (111 Queen Anne Ave N) that was surprisingly good. But hands down our favorite meal was at Morsel in the University District. Biscuit perfection!

Ken and Evie’s Airbnb in Seattle was perfect for our trip. This was my family's 1st airbnb we ever stayed in and they gave clear instructions on how to get to their place, which made everything simple from the start. We stayed on the bottom level of their home, and checking in was easy with a key in the lockbox by the garage...they provided the code ahead of time, so there were no issues. The space had everything we needed. There was a washer and dryer, and the kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans, and there were extra blankets and towels for the bedrooms and bathroom. One of our favorite nights was when we picked up king crab legs from Pike Place and made a nice seafood dinner. They’re upfront in their description about having two kids and mentioned that you might hear footsteps sometimes. We did hear them occasionally, but it didn’t bother our family at all...we slept just fine. The price was totally fair, and everything was exactly as described.

Hugo’s place was ideally located for our short stay in Seattle. Close to some favorite restaurants and coffee shops in the Fremont neighborhood. It was quiet and very comfortable and away from busy roads.

Great location, peaceful and quiet. Kitchen was well supplied with amenities to cook with. Comfortable linens. Linda was responsive with any questions we had.

One of best Airbnbs I’ve had. Susanne was very attentive and flexible with my request to check in early. The room was quite spacious and attractive. Super comfortable bed. Kitchen area completely stocked for my needs. I liked how the bathroom was away from the bed area. Interesting place to go for a walk! I plan to go back.

Kevin is the greatest host. He was really responsive to all of my messages. Gave out great recommendations around the area for food ideas and things to do. We had a relaxing and peaceful weekend. This is definitely one of our favorite locations. Thanks again.

Shannon's place was perfect for my night in Auburn. I've stayed in tons of airbnbs, so it's really hard sometimes to compare apples and oranges. Shannon's place is great - it's not a place on the beach, with all high end trimmings and trappings, it is a cute basement (lower level) apartment in their home. It is private, and has been well appointed. You can tell that Shannon is a host that really cares, with extras like fresh chocolate chip, cookies, water and snacks, and the fact that the place has a little fridge, a microwave as well as TVs and easy Wi-Fi, makes it a relaxing and easy place to stay. The bed is superbly comfortable, the bathroom was very clean. There is a small neighborhood park right outside the door, so there's access to open space if you choose. The neighborhood feels safe and familial. While you can hear folks walking around upstairs, it's not intrusive. I would absolutely stay there again.

Great location and very comfortable! Easy to find with easy parking, a rarity in Seattle. We loved the hot tub. The kitchenette was useful.

This was perfect for our family of four! The place is on the smaller side, but worked out great for us! Was super nice that all the essentials were there and provided for use. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soaps. Having a washing machine was super nice as well! The hot tub was great, and the lights around it were an awesome touch. Chibueze was always quick to respond and very friendly. The place was clean and comfortable. Only thing that was a bit difficult was figuring out the tv, but once we got signed in, it was fine! Would definitely come back and stay again.

If you’re looking for a home base for your day trips around Seattle/Bellevue area then this is your spot! Very cozy spot with kind and responsive hosts. Couldn’t recommend enough!

It was a perfect weekend getaway. The space was comfortable, clean, everything was labeled and easy to find. The extra touches of coffee, tea and hot cocoa were appreciated, along with a fire pit ready to be burned. Thank you. It's just what we needed.

Great unit for the price, near U District so you have access to a bunch of restaurants. Very clean, like a hotel. The furniture all matches too, I think Kyle did a great job at building a coherent and homey Airbnb. We stayed for a few weeks so the fridge, laundry/dryer came in very handy. The parking is very easy, it's right in front of the unit :)

I had a fantastic stay at this place. The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was responsive and super helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful at night. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Had a great week in this apartment. It has a nice kitchen and the bed is comfy. Neighborhood is great and it's close to the arboretum which is always a great place to explore. Would stay again!

Property adjacent to owners home but felt so private. Peaceful and quiet, off street parking. I felt safe and secure. Very comfortable bed! Nicely appointed studio-sized room. I would not hesitate to book this location again!

Sandy’s place was easy to find and was a great spot to crash. We were visiting to take one of our kids to Seattle Children’s Hospital. This place was just 5 minutes away! The bed was very comfortable, and we loved watching movies in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom was spotless! Will add to our favorites.

Great easy stay!

The space was very comfy and in a perfect location close to everything. Very private with a fantastic view! Downtown Edmunds is a Gem. We hope to return soon.
