Villa vacation rentals in Honshu

The B&B was beautiful, and Yuki was still very considerate to prepare the fruit bread for us.Perfect for multiple people traveling together (this time we were 11 people).It was a wonderful time.

Rumi was an awesome host and her place is so well equipped and relaxing. We went in early Spring when it was still very cold and the place was warm and cosy, the living room gets so much sunlight, feels spacious and inviting. We cooked in the well stocked kitchen a few nights and also went to some nearby restaurants. There’s an awesome sourdough pizza place called Fermenco about a 30 min walk away that we loved. And if you come in summer there are so many beaches around but you’ll need a car to get around. Can’t recommend Rumi’s house high enough!

Cross the road and you'll find Lake Biwa!It's the best location There are plenty of rooms and beds, so I think it's best for about 3 families There is only one bath, so if you have a large family, I think it would be a good idea to plan a nearby hot spring from the start There are quite a few amenities, seasonings, etc. If you check in advance, they will be kind and accommodating. I had a really pleasant time

We stayed in a nice private lodging with barbecue facilities! There was plenty of space, and we had all the tools we needed, and we enjoyed it empty-handed.The owner was also kind and gave us peace of mind from check-in to our stay.I think it's the perfect place for gathering with friends and family.I would definitely use it again!

Very friendly host! Super responsive and gave local recommendations. The stay is also quite good - the living room is really cute. Only issue was the bathroom door downstairs is a little broken because the door knob wasn’t functioning and you could lock ourselves out. But Mickey was super helpful and we got it resolved.

Loved staying here! Short walk to the stations, there is a 7-11 nearby, and it is a quiet area. The hosts were so responsive, nice, and helpful! We really appreciated their great communication and how much they helped us. They really went above and beyond! The place was so roomy and had more than enough space for 8 of us! So convenient that it is near Ueno/Asakusa. The strollers were so nice to be able to borrow to use. Would definitely stay again when we return, especially with kids!

Amazing place to stay. We had 3 couples and everyone got their own room (plus extra room for suitcases). The location is very central if you want to hang out in Shinjuku, Shibuya areas. Large kitchen (though we didn’t cook). Big dining table for 6-8 people. Kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you’d need. We even did a couple loads of laundry. Highly recommend for a group of 6.

The home is situated near the river and is next to a lot of restaurants. The home itself is very modern, Japanese style, minimal, stylish decor, and thoughtful touches throughout. It was quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions, making check-in and check-out easy. We really enjoyed being close to the water and having so many dining options within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a very pleasant stay - lovely, clean home with all the amenities. Nicely furnished, spacious. plenty of bedding and a fully equipped kitchen. And above all, the host is super responsive and was always available since the day we booked the property. Thanks for a lovely stay for our family!

Excellent stay, quiet street close to local restaurants.

Wow, this place was amazing. Our family of six had a great stay at Karen's place. First, it's a great mix of traditional style and modern amenities. Second, the location was perfect. Just south of Gion and walkable to multiple bus and train stations. It was really easy to get to where we wanted, wherever we were headed for that day. And the street was picturesque. There was a bit of foot traffic during the day, but the street surprisingly quieted down quite nicely in the evening. Just a great location. Lastly, Karen and team were super responsive to our questions and the directions/house operating manual was amazingly helpful (i.e. translating the various control panel buttons for us). This shows an obvious attention to detail that was truly impressive. Overall, just a great place. Highly recommended.

This place was the epitome of peaceful. We loved our stay so much and would definitely come back. Host was wonderful, helpful, responsive and friendly. The view is gorgeous and the house is loaded with amenities. Not house related, but just as a tip, it was sometimes difficult to get a taxi if you do not have your own car. That would not deter us from staying at this amazing place again! Absolutely stunning!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. There is a beautiful park directly behind the house, and it snowed while we were there, which was spectacular. Takayama is a relatively small town, so almost everything is walkable from the house. Iori manages several properties in the town and does a great job. I suspect that any property managed by Iori would be a great choice.

We stayed here for 10 days, and it was spectacular. The location was beautiful and peaceful. Very close to a few places to eat, including a sushi train restaurant only a 20 minute walk away. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We paid extra for towel service which was well worth it. The local convenience store Lawson was very convenient for any drinks or snacks, and a grocery store is only a 5 minute walk away. Easy bus ride to Disney, can take public transportation or taxi to downtown Tokyo or Makuhari Messe convention center. Had a great experience with the owners and would highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to stay at Tokyo and plans to go to Disney.

From communication in advance to responding on the day of stay, I had a quick and pleasant stay.The food was delicious, and the pool and the children were satisfied many times.I want to stay again!

I used it on a friend's birthday trip, and I was very happy and satisfied!The pool after the sauna was also great and I wanted to go again!It was a little cold at night, so it would be helpful if there was a poncho for rent.

Unfortunately it was raining, but I was able to make fun memories with my friends in a spacious and beautiful room.They also handled the check-in time very kindly.I'd love to have the opportunity to have the opportunity again if I have the opportunity.
