Welcome to my apartment in Osaka. Relax and enjoy your holiday in our pleasant, comfortable and modern apartment. We aim to provide a range of comfortable and well-equipped guest accommodation. My apartment is on the 7th floor of the 13th floor. This is the most spacious corner house in the building with 1 living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 separate toilets and 1 corner balcony. All rooms are equipped with premium appliances and a variety of amenities including free unlimited WiFi, large screen smart TV, hair dryer, etc. Bathroom with heating, bathtub and shower, you can relax and watch TV. Our kitchen has everything you need, so you can cook if you want. This apartment is in Central Osaka. The vibrant and bustling commercial street is just outside the doorstep, so the convenience is unmatched. There is a 7-11 convenience store on the ground floor, surrounded by a variety of great restaurants from BBQ, Yakitori or Ramen stalls, to big restaurants serving exquisite sushi and sashimi, you can always find a place to enjoy Japanese flavors. Also, the apartment is centrally located, so you can go anywhere you want. Dotonbori and the famous Kuromon Market are only a 3-minute walk from the hotel, and you can walk to Namba or Shinsaibashi within 10 minutes. This is one of only three rooms in the entire building with a "one double bed + one single bed" configuration, suitable for a couple with one child, three friends, or two guests who wish to sleep in separate beds. The room is about 25㎡ (including a private balcony), with a practical layout and comfortable lighting, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay while traveling in Kyoto. B2 has recently undergone a complete renovation, including a brand-new bathroom, interior decoration, furniture, and aluminum doors and windows, making the overall accommodation brighter, cleaner, and more comfortable. The construction of the nearby building has been completed, and the surrounding area has now returned to a quiet residential environment, allowing you to easily explore Kyoto during the day and rest peacefully at night. The room has a kitchen, washing machine and all the amenities you need for daily life, making it very convenient for both short trips and multi-day stays. The accommodation is located near Shijo Kawaramachi, within walking distance of Takashimaya, Kamogawa, Nishiki Market, and many restaurants and convenience stores, with excellent transportation and daily amenities. The building has an elevator, making it easier to travel with large luggage, a stroller, or with elderly companions. Forget your daily routine and enjoy some me time while listening to the sound of the ocean. We provide a tabletop barbecue grill on the terrace. Lose track of time and enjoy dining al fresco to your heart's content. There is a discount for stays of 2 nights or more. There are two sauna-type rooms, one on the first floor and one on the second floor. The floor plans and colors are slightly different, but the basic size, equipment, etc. are the same. The room may differ from the one in the picture. We appreciate your understanding. Facilities: There is a twin room with 2 single beds, a Japanese-style room with 3 futon sets, a living and dining room, a kitchen, a roofed terrace, a table for barbecuing, and a washing machine. Everything in the house is the guest's private space, but there are rooms nearby. Please do not run around or make noise on the terrace or in the room.
