Guest house Mökki is located in Shinano Town, which is blessed with forests, lakes and snow in northern Nagano Prefecture. Nearby are tourist spots rich in nature such as Kurohime Kogen, Lake Nojiri, and Togakushi. The building from the early days of settlement has been stylishly renovated using plenty of natural materials such as virgin cedar, cypress, and plaster.We also focused on the interior and kitchen utensils so that you can enjoy "living". In the snow-covered winter, you'll have a stunning view of the silver silver.Snowshoeing in the footsteps of animals and go out for a snowy picnic, or enjoy a bonfire and BBQ in the winter at the east house on the banks of the creek. This is a one-day, one-group-limited accommodation called "Private Resort Fuji", located in a villa area an 11-minute walk from Lake Yamanaka, which was renovated by a designer in July 2024. It is a Japanese modern design house based on a total floor area of 115 ㎡, 3LDK cabins. When you go up to the second floor, you can see the large Mt. Fuji from the window of the living room, BBQ on the large balcony on the back of Mt. Fuji, and after enjoying the barrel sauna surrounded by trees, you can take a bath in the forest in the resting space outside.The yard has a large fire pit where you can even talk around the fire.In addition, there is a high fence in the garden, so if you bring your dog, you don't have to worry about running away. The room has a large 90-inch screen, where you can enjoy Prime Video, Youtube, and more.At night, you can also see the starry sky if the conditions are right.

This is a house with a superb view overlooking Lake Nojiri. There are several ski slopes (Myoko, Kurohime, and Masao), about 15-20 minutes away, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy a wood-burning sauna and a stunning water bath. There are no private houses around, so you can also watch music and movies with loud noises. Since it is a house nestled in the mountains, we will do our best to take care of it, but during the warmer months, insects can be seen.It snows a lot in winter.In autumn, the leaves dance. You must also adjust the fire in the wood stove yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but it's got an incredible view. Enjoy cooking with a kitchen counter with stunning views, condiments, and a cooker.(There is no equipment for BBQ.)

After locally sourcing fresh ingredients, head to the Rock Forest, park your car in the parking lot, and climb the stairs to carry the ingredients to the hearth space. From Tokyo to Karuizawa, it is 60 minutes by Shinkansen, and 30 minutes by car from Karuizawa Station, so for example, you can work in the morning and take a half afternoon. This is the Kominka style BNB in Yamanakako. “Hirano no Hama” A 8 min walk to the breathtaking view of Mt Fuji overlooking the lake. Only a 5 min walk from the Hirano highway bus terminal to connect “Busta Shinjuku” / Tokyo Sta. Tourists in the most walkable neighborhoods of Hirano ward will find a car isn't necessary to get around.
