This place was great. The following are things that were excellent about this house. -The washer/dryer are full size and work great. -The kitchen is much better stocked than most Airbnb kitchens including plenty of silverware and dishes and cooking utensils and supplies. -Most of the small details were well attended to. -There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, facial tissues, and spare trash bags. -The place was cleaned well. -The bed was comfortable. The following were fine, but a little quirky about the house. -I ended up parking on the street because the gate for the driveway is difficult to use; especially in the wind where it won't stay open as you drive through. -There are some soft spots on the wood floor, one of which is big enough that it feels like you could fall through. -The lawn is dirt, but that is normal for the area. -If there were directions for how to use the thermostat, I did not seen them and had to contact the host for them. -

Michelle is a AWESOME host! Within minutes we felt right at home. Perfect place for a family! Everything was so clean, tv's in every room, kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. Spacious shower, top notch washer and dryer. Home has plenty of parking. They have chickens that are friendly, my son got to pet them which was very cool! We look forward to staying there again!! Definitely a five star stay!!

The communication was great! Kat was flexible with our needs. The home was clean and comfortable and the perfect location for our trip. Would definitely stay here again.
