Monthly Rentals in Holt

We absolutely loved The Annex - it was even better in reality than the photos and we instantly felt at home. It was the perfect place to spend some precious family time and we all really enjoyed it. Holt was a brilliant base from which to discover the beautiful North Norfolk coastline too - we will definitely be returning!

We had a lovely stay at Melanie’s sweet little cottage in the centre of Holt. Easy walk to all the local shops and cafes, and we parked in the Albert street car park which even had an EV charger - all very convenient. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. Comfy bed and spotless bathroom. The considerate touches, such as milk, tea, coffee, a lovely loaf of bread and homemade orange cakes upon arrival were delightful and much appreciated. Mel even left treats for our dog :) We’ll definitely be back, and will stay for longer.

Great location for exploring north Norfolk with our dog. Cottage was a short walk from Holts restaurants and shops, parking arrangements were close by and easy. Really clear communication from the host and the cottage was as shown and described, would highly recommend!

Alison and Claire were great hosts. The house was extremely clean and we were offered early check in as the house was ready, which was very kind. We will be back next time we stay in Holt!! Great location and a lovely walk into Holt itself.
