Welcome to the Alma Suite: 28 sqm on the first floor of our 1929 boutique hotel – with a bathtub, walk-in shower and a private 12-sqm terrace facing southwest. Accessible and named after the farmer's wife who once lived on this farm. The country-style kitchen in the lobby is our common area: a breakfast room in the morning, otherwise a meeting place for coffee or wine. Approx. 1,500 m to the natural Baltic Sea beach. Breakfast service on request – your dog is welcome by arrangement.

The guest house is located in the center of Hamburg, in the middle of the university district of Grindel, Messe, CCH. Central connection buses, U+S-Bahn. Various sights, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. We are located in a quiet backyard. You can drive to the yard from 3pm to 6pm to load and unload, but you cannot park. There is the possibility to park 10 minutes from here for 25 € per night. With registration, there are 2 parking spaces available.
