Microwave, refrigerator, hot water kettle, dishes, etc., but no own cooking area - if necessary, the kitchen (one floor higher) can be shared after a short consultation. Die Unterkunft mit zwei Privatzimmern liegt in einem denkmalgeschützten Haus direkt an der Zufahrt zur Schleuse in Holtenau. Sie hat einen separaten Eingang mit Duschbad, Schlafzimmer (Einbett), Wohnzimmer, keine Küche. Bis auf die Möwen und die Geräusche der Schiffe ist es sehr ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe laden Restaurants und Cafés ein. Die denkmalgeschützte Pflasterung auf dem Haushof ist nicht geeignet für High Heels und Gehilfen. Im Sommer lädt die Seebadeanstalt zu einem nahen Bad ein.
