Nicely done up flat

Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. Feel like home while traveling. The renovated bright 2-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg with 95 square meters in a representative old building from 1896, in one of the best residential areas in Hamburg. The apartment is centrally located and quiet and suitable for up to 4 people. The Alster can be reached on foot in just a few minutes, with its numerous parks along the shore. The city center, the exhibition halls and the convention center can also be reached in a few minutes. In the neighborhood you can enjoy the immediate vicinity, to numerous cafes, restaurants, as well as supermarkets and bakeries. Every Tuesday and Friday the well-known Isemarkt takes place in Harvestehude, where you can have a great breakfast, eat fish rolls or be seduced by regional delicacies.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Although you are only 35 minutes away from Hamburg city center, you have the forest, meadows and horses right outside the door. The small apartment in the "Bullerbü" style is newly decorated and has its own entrance and the possibility to sit outside. Parking is available right outside the door. Other things to take into account: We live in the house next door and are therefore quickly on site if anything is unclear.

Schanzen Loft-City, Messe, Reeperbahn Karoviertel [district]

A great former shop at the ski area. Bars and restaurants nearby. Bus and train almost right outside. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, fair and the city are very quickly accessible. The ground floor has been extensively restored by us and supplemented with bathroom and toilet in the old staircase basement. We often use the loft area as a photo studio and occasionally rent it to nice people. It is suitable for families, but also for business travelers.

Beautiful miniloft, very well equipped, in the heart of Hamburg-Bahrenfeld. In the middle of the Theodorhof, a former barracks grounds, with beautiful buildings and versatile tenants. The landlord is the zero-facing clay production, which had an old bunker complex converted into 11 beautiful offices and minilofts with a lot of love for detail. A bus stop is nearby and the BAB 7, exit Bahrenfeld you need not 4 minutes.
