Vacation rentals with a patio in Holly Hill

Louise's place was clean and quiet. Enjoyed my time outside on the patio and beach.

Stayed at a couple places in edgewater but chinas place was quiet & homey. Loved it would definitely stay again!!

We only stayed here one night for a friend’s wedding but could definitely see it being a weekend or week vacation home easy! Carla was an amazing host accommodating to our every need with no hesitation. Place was extremely clean and felt like a tropical spot. Would recommend!

Lovis was an excellent host! My family and I arrived at the Airbnb quite late, but Lovis was incredibly accommodating and maintained great communication with us throughout. We truly appreciate the hospitality—thank you again, Lovis!

Do not hesitate!! David was an amazing host! The condo was exactly as described and a perfect location for our trip. Everything from start to finish, allowed us to have a relaxing and fun time. The condo is clean with all the necessary amenities and the BED is huge and Very Comfortable. Plenty of free parking. The view is amazing, waking up in the morning and watching the sunrise and the waves hitting the beach through the huge window was great. The view is unmatched. This condo is within walking distance to Landshark, Crabby's and The Ocean Deck. So while your time at the beach and pool are quiet, you can enjoy good food, live music and beach bars. Do not forget Adam's Egg, located on the property, great little breakfast spot. Thank you David, we hope to come again!

We enjoyed our stay at Ashley’s place. Our group was comfortable and felt right at home. The beds were very comfortable. We were right off of the main highway, but didn’t feel it, with the trees surrounding us. The access to the beach was key. Thank you Ashley, we will definitely consider your place when visiting Florida again.

Thankyou for a wonderful trip. You were a host that we will remember for a long timw. Your place was perfect for our trip. More spacious than it looks. But most of all, you were the kindest, most proactive host we've ever had. And check-in was a breeze and so well explained. And for ONCE the check out instructions were WONDERFUL. So simple and didn't seem like so many rules and things to do lol. Sounds silly, but it was so nice. The quick walk across to the beach was just wonderful! I feel like we should know you! You were just that friendly! ❤️❤️

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quaint little home. It was clean, comfortable and offered everything we needed in great proximity to all of the places we were going. Maria was wonderful to work with, providing clear and concise instructions for check in and out and was also very accommodating. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here to our family and friends. We may be back next Easter! 🤗

This was our first time staying at an Airbnb. It was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. The fenced backyard was perfectly convenient traveling with our dog. Eileen was very responsive to our questions. I highly recommend it and will be considering other Airbnb’s over pet friendly hotels in the future.

Stayed a few days for NCA college nationals. Great location for the price. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The tiki bar, pool, and easy access to the beach made for a great time!

Enrico was extremely nice and helpful from the beginning to the end. He was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. Lisa helped us get into the place and was right there to meet us. Easy and quick plus directions and instructions and made sure we did not have any questions. This place is in a beautiful area with the most beautiful views you could ever imagine. The place was very clean (spotless)and made you feel very much at home. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! 😍 Only wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy ourselves. 😎 The restaurant at the top is also a must to enjoy the sunset and delicious food. We had a great stay at Jeff and Krista's! We would highly recommend staying here while visiting the area! We plan to book again the next time we are in town!!

A slice of paradise! We spent 4 weeks here. Secure building, great location, good free parking, nice pool, sauna and exercise room. The pool was wonderful, and the beach is stunning. Grocery and wine stores under a 5 minute drive. 20 minute drives to 4 public golf courses. Apartment clean, and very comfortable. Great bed, shower and kitchen, highly recommend!

Everything was spot on clean and ready to go. We were very happy and it was a great spot for our Pickleball tournament only seven minutes from pictona!

Very nice! The lanai helped make the living area look and feel much larger than it is. Very quiet and nice complex. Great view of the Indian river. The location is only minutes away from beach, parks, restaurants and stores.
