What a wonderful place to stay! Beautiful house inside and out! Will definitely book again! Next time I’m bringing my boat!

We had a great visit at this home! There is something for all ages to enjoy such as kayaking, fishing and paddle boarding for the older kids as well as the pool for the younger ones! We saw a Manatee and her baby float right up to the dock in the morning. Fun place for the family to gather!

Great place and wonderful host! Loved the layout of the home! 4 different accesses to the patio and pool area! We wish the waterfall for the pool had been working to drown out the sounds and conversations from neighbors lanais and some of the lighting was out but it was still enjoyable for our group! We would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful time! The house was exactly as advertised, exceptional clean and the beds were so comfortable. It was a great location with everything we wanted in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

The property is as advertised. Plenty of amenities! Everything was immaculately clean when we arrived. Instructions provided prior to check in and prior to check out were easy to follow. We would stay here again!

We had such an amazing time at this place! It was much bigger than we expected which was nice. Huge TVs in every room. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels. Super cute area of Orlando and close to Wekiwa Springs. Kitchen was stocked with every utensil/pot/pan/dish we could possibly need. Pool was big and the backyard felt private. We didn’t want to leave!

Nice quiet neighborhood and had a peekaboo view of the river. Next to the river walk which was perfect to watch the sunrise. We rented it for my son’s graduation from Embry Riddle and it was close to all of the events in Downtown Daytona.

We stayed 3 nights 7 persons - ages 3-75 years old. Arrived late at night after flying in from Europe. Everybody was very tired, and therefore it was extra nice to arrive at our destination with precise instructions, so 3 minutes after parking the first child was sleeping nicely in one of the bedrooms. Everything was described perfectly and spend just about no time worrying about how to do one thing or the other. We would definitely come back, if we travel to Daytona again at some point.

This is a super cute place in a quiet neighborhood with lots of walking paths and playgrounds. The house was adorable. It had a very spacious living room and a fully functioning kitchen to make a variety of meals. The beach and downtown are a short drive away. I would highly recommend this home!

I decided on the busiest weekend of the year that I would take a spontaneous getaway. Luckily Will's place was available and fit our needs perfectly. Will responded to my questions quickly and politely. The house was clean and comfortable. Thank you!!

My family and I had an AMAZING time at Cesar’s place. Very clean and everything just as described. Is closed to a lot of places.

Friendly and attentive host, check in & check out were very easy and flexible. Very well-located property with many restaurants and places to visit nearby (5-10 minutes by car), including the beach! The property is comfortable and meets all basic needs with classic decor & furniture. The beds and sofa match the description, the kitchen is spacious and offers everything you need. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. We enjoyed our stay!

Such a great spot! Walkable neighborhoods for me and the dogs, easy to find, super clean, and right across the street from the dog friendly beach. It’s less than a mile from W Granada Blvd so it’s easy to get to anything and everything. Laura was easy to chat with and communication was easy and made checking in easy. It had plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and a full kitchen. Thanks again! We will remember this place for next time.

The house is so beauitful, clean and tastefully decorated. It was well lit which was a huge help since our flight arrived after dark. The neighborhood is well maintained, minutes to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay again.
