Ideal for hiking and cycling, separate entrance, private terrace, no stairs, parking or carport, cozy small wellness area, highway accessible in 7 km, leisure activities nearby. Fun park, swimming pool, restaurants and shopping are just a few minutes away by car. A charging station for electric cars is also available.

The new holiday apartment is located in Oberngrub, the gateway to Franconian Switzerland. In the attic of a detached house, there are 3 rooms for a maximum of 5 people. The quiet area is ideally suited as a starting point. Free parking is available right in front of the house. A covered parking space for bicycles is also available. No pets allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the whole house, but is allowed on the balcony at any time.
