Townhome vacation rentals in Hội An

Chau is a super friendly hostess. The place was very clean and comfortable. It was easy to find and right at the heart of hoi a beautiful old town, but tucked down an alleyway so it’s still peaceful. They also offer a transfer to da nag airport for a fair price. We would stay at Chaus place again.

We had an excellent stay. Everything was as promised. Very convenient and hospitable

Vuong was clear and communicative. Our trip was a last minute switch from another location due to a natural disaster there, and we weren’t as prepared as normal. They helped us with various other things to understand and see/do. The peaceful location by the river was nice - the only drawback being the nearby rooster that wakes up early and with some fanfare!

We absolutely loved staying here! Chung and An, our hosts, were so warm and friendly. They let us store our bags with them whilst we went to the Cham Islands for the night. We ended up having to stay on the island for a week because the weather turned bad and it wasn't safe to cross back to the mainland (which wasn't a problem for us as we loved it there!), and Chung was incredibly helpful about taking care of our bags until we returned. We loved the room and the view of the rice paddies out the back, and it was great to have an outdoor dining/working area in the garden. We used their free bikes and when we needed a scooter Chung organised a really good one for us, at a reasonable price. This Homestay is set back from quite a busy road, so if you can't cope with road noise it probably isn't for you. Other than that, we couldn't recommend it highly enough! It's very clean and incredibly good value with lovely hosts. We will definitely come back next time we're in Hoi An.

We loved staying here - it was so clean and beautiful inside. The washer/dryer came in very handy. Great location within walking distance of beach and lanton river. Host was super responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay again! Thank you!

Thank you very much Ms. Linh, he made my trip to Da Nang very smooth and enjoyable!Not only did she provide me with very nice accommodations, but she also added to the driver who advised me to Hoi An, Meishan, etc.Since I don't know a foreign language, she uses Airbnb's communication platform over and over again to guide me.All in all, Ms. Linh was not only a "nice woman", but also a warm, kind host, and I was honored to be able to stay at her homestay, I would recommend her to my friends!

Can stay for 12 people, good value for money, not far to go to the beach and night market, you can walk, more recommended

This place has been by far an outstanding place to stay super clean and stylish! Staff was nice although kind of slow in responses though but everything else was great. Cheap stay as well.

Quang place was wonderful. We had a beautiful visit to Hoi An, the accommodations being superb. We stayed at the center of old Hoi An, tucked away from the busy street. Lee had lots of recommendations for tours, etc. Very helpful and we were able to keep our bags with him for a few hours after check out.

Nice apartment, a lot of space. The area around is close to main restaurants, coffee shops and bars (~700m). Air conditioning is OK, hot water is the shower is OK. Phuoc Quoc is a good host, polite and pleasant to talk to. We met for signing contract purpose only (this is a requirement from Vietnamese police). Check-in was by ourselves, the keys were in the locker with a code.

This is a great 3-story villa with all the basics you need (kitchen, towels, etc.), and it’s just a 5-minute walk from the main action in Hoi An. The walk over the Cam Nam Bridge can be a bit scary because the sidewalk is narrower than what most people are used to! The villa itself is well-designed, though the stairs to the upper floors are a bit shaky, but they’re still safe. The riverside view is real, but the balcony doesn’t offer much privacy from the two other villas (owned by the same group), so you might end up with some awkward direct glances. It wasn’t a big deal for me though.

Dai responded quickly and was easy to communicate with. The room was clean and the location was perfect, with the bikes, which were free making it very easy to access old town. It was comfortable and felt like home. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

I loved the location! Waking distance from everything you’d want to visit in this neighborhood but still cozy. Feel local! And she was so helpful for some adjustments as I needed! It’s not the place for luxurious stay but cozy and homey. I would come back if I could come back:)

This is a great find. The view from the balcony is lovely and the room itself is very comfortable. I worked remotely from the room looking over Hoi An old town for a few hours before heading out. The night market is 2min walk & the location for restaurants was perfect. The main strip of bars is close too, but far enough away that it’s peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location with a very responsive host.

We had a wonderful stay at this guest house in Da Nang. The home is incredibly stylish, cozy, and immaculately clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and each room has all the essentials for a comfortable life. There are plenty of shared spaces too like a spacious kitchen, a charming little courtyard, and a lovely rooftop area is perfect for relaxing. Our host, Lynn, was warm, welcoming, and kind. Hien, who helps around the house, is an incredibly sweet and helpful woman - always ready to assist with anything we needed 🙏 We were so happy here that we decided to extend our stay. If we come back to Da Nang, we’ll definitely try to stay here again. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-designed home base. 🪴🌿🏖️

It's a great stay for a while or for a long time. The kitchen is big, also as the room. Inside you'll find everything you need. The place is calm and peaceful. If you'll have a bike, it's easy to get any other districts in 5-10 minutes

Great value for money! Very nice apartment with lovely neighbours who live in the house. Nice views from the roof and enough space for all your luggage. Ann is a super friendly host and answers quickly.
