We had a lovely time in the studio in the Wyndham, it's a lovely place to stay with kids for 2 weeks. Nice pools, grass/beach area and easy to enjoy. The host provided us with solutions and answers when needed.

Perhaps the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, Duy was the most attentive host and the place was beautiful, clean, and well equipped.. It was very spacious, the balcony had a beautiful view. The photos don’t give the place justice. The place was decorated beautifully. The location was in a great spot with everything handy.

The host was extremely friendly and open to communication, gave tips on several issues. We also had a hard mattress, at the first request, quickly enough, they solved it. Thanks for the quality service, friend! The view from the apartment is just great, there is probably nothing more to say. The drain didn't work very well, so the water in the shower accumulated very much 😀 It's almost impossible to get around this area without a bike. There is nothing within walking distance that a European tourist could use, because 😀 it is convenient to ride a bike here, because the neighborhood is actually quite quiet and peaceful (when they are not singing karaoke) On the downside, the host helped rent a bike, and there were a looot of questions about this bike. It was an old bucket that could hardly be moved, 😀😀 but he offered a replacement. In general, as an experience - super housing, it's worth trying, but for me for a couple of days probably. Clean and beautiful apartment with the clear view of Han river, perfect for fireworks festival viewing. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Well-maintained and clean apartment with two big rooms and living/dining areas, ample closet space, sizeable washrooms, and a very handy washer and dryer. Instructions for self check-in were clear and the process was easy. Host was very responsive to questions, even during night time. Nearby there is a cheap local eatery and a good spa place. Would be happy to stay again in future visits to Da Nang.

Ms Dung and her place was great. Ms Dung is very sweet and nice, always responsive and easy communication. The place felt like home and had all the little necessities that made it comfortable for short and long stay. Such as cooking sauces and laundry detergent. The mountain and roof top view was amazing. At 5th floor, you get great wind flow, for me that’s better than AC. Short walk to the beach and delicious local eats. I highly recommend.

Fantastic place for group gathering, big family. Lots of nice food within 5~10 mins Grab. Very helpful co-host, sorry I can't recall his name. But I'm pretty sure I'll be back next 2026.

I have to say it is a really amazing villa to stay and perfect for a get-away trip. The villa with an indoor pool provides me with a dream holiday house. Nguyen is very warm welcome and easy to communicate with. I would love to share my great stay experience with any of my friends whoever wants a trip to Da Nang.

Vu was mint with communicating as we were running a little bit late but he didn’t hesitate to let me know it was a problem. The fridge was stocked up with water, coke and some beers!! Everything that was listed was correct. However I believe a little air con in the living room/ kitchen wouldn’t go amiss in these summer times. This does not take away how nice and comfortable the place was!! 10/10 would recommend. Thanks Vu🤝🤝

Great spot easy walking into town but far enough out that it wasn’t too busy at the property. Lovely family living in part of the property would always welcome you with smiles and the pool and rooms were perfect as described. Thanks Sunny - we will be repeat customers!

We had a great stay at Thuong’s place. It was quiet, clean and peaceful. Thuong could not have been more helpful and professional, going out of her way to assist. The neighbourhood has plenty to offer: beach, local cafes, mini marts and early morning markets and is a nice contrast to the intensity of the old town. The old town is just 10 minutes by Grab, if you are booking a car, it’s easier to do it from the next street up, the main street with shops etc because drivers can have difficulty getting down the narrow riverfront road. It’s not impossible and some did amazingly but it’s easier to walk one minute and book from there. Thank you Thuong for all your help, suggestions and availability. It was really lovely to meet you!!

The accommodation was perfect and the view was great. Location was good between the nice restaurants and the beach. 5mins from the beach, 15mins from the airport, and 45mins from Hoi An. It was a nice base for a middle vietnam excursion from Da Nang :)

Was a beautiful stay here. Appartment has a good home atmosphere and quite big. Super good kitchen and enough stuff to cook. Good quiet pool and view on the river. It has a bit old stuff inside and some place was dirty when we’ve arrived, but Ngoc has fixed all issues very fast. She is really helpful and was quite proactive in any questions and needs. Also the good housekeeping service included weekly. Definitely will come the next time here. Thanks Ngoc ❤️

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

The condition of the accommodation was clean and nice. There was a grocery store on the first floor, so it was convenient.

It was the best accommodation! I think Residence B is the best location in Hyatt, and it was on the first floor of Residence B, so it was perfect! The swimming pool was close by, and the playground was connected to the yard, so I used it comfortably! The host was really kind, and he responded quickly, so there were no inconveniences~ I'm going to book here next time!^^
