Tam and team were incredibly responsive and proactively reached out several times to make sure we were well taken care of and never lacking things to do around Hoi An. If you're staying in Hoi An, I highly recommend taking the short trip to Cham Island and staying at Mumma Kim's Island Smiles Homestay. From the moment we arrived, Mumma Kim made us feel like part of the family. She treated us to delicious home-cooked meals and ensured our stay was comfortable, and connected us with locals for snorkeling, and if it’s you’re thing, you can do fishing, and other island activities. It’s a super budget-friendly option, and a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the generous Vietnamese culture and island spirits. You will want to hire a scooter to travel to some of the other amazing beaches on the island and explore. It’s modest amenities but has everything you need.

My mother and I couldn't have asked for a better stay at the Phoenix! Helen was absolutely amazing, from getting dropped off and her extremely warm welcome, to the 5 days and 4 nights staying there, we felt at home. Helen and her staff were professional, joyful, responsive and did an amazing job! The property itself was absolutely perfect. It provides the peace and quiet of feeling like you are in the middle of nowhere but in reality you are only a 5 minute walk from the local market and restaurants. The rooms were extremely clean, the AC worked wonderfully and there was plenty of space (I had one to myself). The location is great, you are only a 5-7 minute scooter ride in one direction to Old Town and a 5-7 minute scooter ride the other direction to the beach. If you are looking for the perfect Hoi An stay, don't look anywhere else. Thank you so much Helen and team, you made our stay absolutely amazing and we can't thank you enough! Cheers, Connie and Zev

A very beautiful house located a bit away from the center. But it is still a calming and safe area. The house is well designed and equipped. Most of the rooms have its own bathroom. The master bedroom is so big and beautiful. There's a massage chair right under the stair. Everything was fine. However, on the last day of our stay, the electric was overloaded and it turned off whenever we want to use the chair. A hair dryer in a bathroom got burned with smoke and fire when my sister was using it because it was a cheap one. I think they should try to give the guests better hair dryers. And when we checked out, a staff girl complained about we have emptied the used/emptied bottles and cans which she has saved in a corner of the front yard. My sisters thought it was trash and emptied them... It was unprofessional and a weird way for us to end our stay. However, I still give them max star and recommend this place.

Such an amazing stay!! Very peaceful and had our best sleeps here from our time in Vietnam. The hosts were so welcoming and informative. Beautiful spot over all and easy to get a grab into the city in old town. I even forgot a sweater that I left behind and they were quick to let me know and figure out a plan to ship to Canada. Just the best!

Kleinod am Hidden Beach. Tolle Villa, großzügige Schlafräume und Bäder, alles super stilvoll. Our stay here was brief but very comfortable. Dong greeted us at the reception when we arrived and was kind enough to keep the room ready before the check-in time to accommodate for our arrival. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. It’s also located very close to the airport, the dragon bridge, a lot of amazing restaurants and cafes, and the Son Tra night market.

모든 것이 완벽합니다. 호스트와의 소통은 빠르고 원활했구요. 훌륭한 1층의 공용 공간, 독립된 2,3층의 방들은 깨끗한 화장실을 가지고 있고, 마당의 수영장은 어른도 충분히 즐길 수 있었어요. 깊은 곳은 아이에게는 좀 깊을 것 같지만, 깊이가 얕은 곳도 있어 가족이 머물기에 최고입니다. 주로 여행하는 시내와 거리가 약간 멀다는 것이 아쉬운 점이긴 했지만 그랩 이용하면 그리 불편하지 않았어요. 다음 방문시에도 이 곳에 머물고 싶습니다.

Great apartment with amazing location, right next to the beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped, nice lighting and bathtub. Netflix available. Mia provided motorbike rental which was delivered to the apartment to us, so convenient! Just a note that you have to pay extra to use the pool since the apartment is not part of the hotel, that’s no problem but it’d be helpful to know prior to bookings. Overall highly recommend!

숙소는 전체적으로 너무 좋았습니다! 바퀴를 마주하긴 했지만 한분이었고..ㅎㅎ 한시장도, 콩카페도, 한강도 너무 가까워서 걸어다녔어요. 21개월 아기 안고 다녔는데도 전혀 어렵지 않았습니다! 다만 욕조에 얼룩과 줄눈에 곰팡이, 샤워커튼이 좀 더러웠어요. 러그도 뽀송해보이진 않았습니다ㅠㅠ 그래도 전체적으로 관리가 잘 된 집, 응답도 빠르고 불편한건 없었습니다! 잘 쉬고 가요🥹
