Wir möchten uns herzlich bedanken für die tolle Zeit die wir in der Unterkunft verbracht haben. Es war alles super sauber und alles vorhanden. Sogar vietnamesischer Kaffee, der sehr lecker war, hat uns jeden Morgen sehr gefreut. Das Zimmer ist in einer sehr noblen Hotelanlage, in der wir alles mit nutzen konnten. Der Strand ist ebenfalls sehr traumhaft, privat und mit immer freien Liegemöglichkeiten. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Werden definitiv bei unserem nächsten Vietnam Aufenthalt erneut darauf zurückgreifen.

Perhaps the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, Duy was the most attentive host and the place was beautiful, clean, and well equipped.. It was very spacious, the balcony had a beautiful view. The photos don’t give the place justice. The place was decorated beautifully. The location was in a great spot with everything handy.

Хозяин был крайне дружелюбен и расположен к общению, подсказывал по нескольким вопросам. Также у нас был твердый матрас, по первой просьбе, достаточно быстро, они решили это. Спасибо за качественный сервис, друг! Вид из квартиры просто отличный, больше выделить наверное нечего. Немного плохо работал слив, поэтому вода в душе скапливалась очень сильно 😀 Без байка в этом районе - практически невозможно. В пеший доступности нет ничего, чем бы мог воспользоваться европейский турист 😀 благо здесь удобно ездить на байке, потому что район по правде достаточно тихий и спокойный (когда не поют в караоке) Из минусов хозяин помог арендовать байк, и к этому байку было ну оооооочень много вопросов. Это было старое ведро, которое с трудом могло перемещаться 😀😀 однако, он предложил замену. Вообщем как опыт - супер жилье, попробовать стоит, но для меня на пару дней наверное. Благодарю 🤝😇

Great place to stay out of the hustle and bustle of Hoi An, but only 10 mins walk to all resturants etc. Vy was a great host providing more water, cleaning and bed clothes as we needed them and even invited us to dinner with them :-) thanks for hosting us Vy!

Clean and beautiful apartment with the clear view of Han river, perfect for fireworks festival viewing. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend this place. Perfect for a couple. Good wifi and the host is super lovely. I’ll definitely come back here again.

Co host Beanie at Airbnb was very sweet, always smiling and ready to help. Initially we had some hiccups but Beanie, impressed me as she was very receptive to our needs. That willingness to make us happy and provide us things that made our trip very enjoyable. Da Nang, what a great place!! Our family had a great time. The location of the apartment is second to none. perfect. Nathan, Beanie and all the co host rock. 5 star for everything. THANK YOU 🙏🙏

Definitely a great place to stay. I've enjoyed every single day there, and Annie and her sister was amazing. They even contacted me after I was checked out, because I forgot some pants and money there. Both super friendly and helpful 🙏

Fantastic place for group gathering, big family. Lots of nice food within 5~10 mins Grab. Very helpful co-host, sorry I can't recall his name. But I'm pretty sure I'll be back next 2026.

I have to say it is a really amazing villa to stay and perfect for a get-away trip. The villa with an indoor pool provides me with a dream holiday house. Nguyen is very warm welcome and easy to communicate with. I would love to share my great stay experience with any of my friends whoever wants a trip to Da Nang.

Mr Thao was extremely friendly and very responsive whenever we had any questions. This is a great house with a great host and great price. highly recommend this

Vu was mint with communicating as we were running a little bit late but he didn’t hesitate to let me know it was a problem. The fridge was stocked up with water, coke and some beers!! Everything that was listed was correct. However I believe a little air con in the living room/ kitchen wouldn’t go amiss in these summer times. This does not take away how nice and comfortable the place was!! 10/10 would recommend. Thanks Vu🤝🤝

Great spot easy walking into town but far enough out that it wasn’t too busy at the property. Lovely family living in part of the property would always welcome you with smiles and the pool and rooms were perfect as described. Thanks Sunny - we will be repeat customers!

We had a great stay at Thuong’s place. It was quiet, clean and peaceful. Thuong could not have been more helpful and professional, going out of her way to assist. The neighbourhood has plenty to offer: beach, local cafes, mini marts and early morning markets and is a nice contrast to the intensity of the old town. The old town is just 10 minutes by Grab, if you are booking a car, it’s easier to do it from the next street up, the main street with shops etc because drivers can have difficulty getting down the narrow riverfront road. It’s not impossible and some did amazingly but it’s easier to walk one minute and book from there. Thank you Thuong for all your help, suggestions and availability. It was really lovely to meet you!!

The accommodation was perfect and the view was great. Location was good between the nice restaurants and the beach. 5mins from the beach, 15mins from the airport, and 45mins from Hoi An. It was a nice base for a middle vietnam excursion from Da Nang :)

My partner and I had a lovely time staying at Danh's Airbnb! The location made exploring Da Nang really easy and we were close to the beach as well. The check in process was smooth and Danh and her team were helpful with enquiries throughout our stay. Thank you Danh!!

Was a beautiful stay here. Appartment has a good home atmosphere and quite big. Super good kitchen and enough stuff to cook. Good quiet pool and view on the river. It has a bit old stuff inside and some place was dirty when we’ve arrived, but Ngoc has fixed all issues very fast. She is really helpful and was quite proactive in any questions and needs. Also the good housekeeping service included weekly. Definitely will come the next time here. Thanks Ngoc ❤️

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

최고의 숙소였어요! 하얏트 내에서도 레지던스B가 위치가 제일 좋은거 같은데, 레지던스B 1층이니 더할나위없이 좋았어요! 수영장도 가까이 있고, 놀이터도 마당으로 연결 되어 있어 편하게 이용 하였답니다! 호스트도 정말 친절하고, 응답도 빨리 해주셔서 불편함 없었어요~ 다음에도 여기 예약 하려고 합니다!^^
