***Disclaimer: I did not stay at this Airbnb but another location. I had originally booked this Airbnb but some time afterwards Linh contacted me asking if I would be amenable staying at another location she had because the person before our group wanted to extend their stay. She sent pictures and gave details and after talking with my friends we decided to take her up on the offer because it was close by and cheaper. Despite this initial hiccup, our stay at the other location was absolutely lovely, Linh was extremely helpful and staff at the other location were friendly and accomodating. There was some miscommunication on check-out time so we ended up being a little late for checkout but everyone was incredibly nice and understanding. Therefore this isn't really a review for the location/stay but rather for the communication and interaction with Linh and staff at the other close by location.

Lovely quiet place just outside the old town. I think this was optimal for us given that we wanted to be close to the old town but not *in* it. The street is very quiet, and the accommodations were very nice. I especially appreciated the inclusive breakfasts we had, which were both delicious and really convenient to start our day. They are very nice people and I would definitely stay there again.

Dung was so beautiful and friendly! Went out of her way to give me tips and restaurants to try. Her place was super clean and the bed was extra comfy! A very good central location to the beach and ancient quarter. Plus free bikes are available which was super handy! Highly recommend if you’re staying in Hoi An

Just being able to give straight 5* approvals isn't enough, I'd give 10 out of 5. Room was outstanding and not anything at all to complain about, in fact polar opposites. The hospitality shown by Varon was way and beyond any previous Air BnB stays I've experienced and I've never had any previous bad experiences. Varon himself is a very special man and nothing was too much. Exceptional value for the quality of accommodation and just meeting my host gave me immense pleasure. Do not hesitate in considering booking, it's a no brainer, Veron is a very caring and genuine young man. Congratulating anyone in advance in booking this space, truly exceptional.

I enjoyed an absolutely fabulous stay in this beautifully decorated room, so much so I extended my stay twice! Checking in was so nice, being greeted by lovely staff and a welcoming plate of fresh watermelon and juice!! It’s very close to the pretty green rice fields and the surrounding area is in the mist of greenery and nature which is exactly what I was seeking! An easy 5 star review and I’m confident future guests will thoroughly enjoy this fantastic resort while traveling through Hoi An as I have!
