Vacation rentals with a patio in Hội An

This is a great place to stay right next to the beach. Great location surrounded by great restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and pharmacy. Rooms were near and clean and all the amenities were listed correctly. Very easy to access. Host Tau was extremely kind, sweet, responsive and proactive. She provided us clear instructions and attended to all our needs immediately. Highly recommended ❤️

I was able to check in a little early due to my schedule, and the location is near Danang Han Market, making it the best location for sightseeing in the city.

Great apartment for the money. Has a laundry down stairs. Has a great pond which is deep for the fish to swim in. Could be more fish Very comfy bed and AC. Very strong wifi, I saw many digital nomads working there. Would recommend anyone to stay as the location is amazing, close to many Korean supermarket

Wonderful apartment near the rice fields of Hoi An. Quiet, comfortable and very affordable, an amazing stay if you're looking to "live" in Hoi An for a little while. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom big and clean, the kitchen well stocked, the balcony spacious and quiet. Nearby are some amazing local restaurants and western bars. A great place to stay longterm, we'll definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Trang's place The apartment is modern, clean and has everything you need. Looks just as on the pictures with a beautiful view from the balcony. The whole building/block is massive but well maintained and in a perfect location. There is also security downstairs but not like it matters as everywhere around feels save. Trang arranged for someone to pick us up from the airport and she replies quickly in case you need anything. I highly recommend if you are considering this apartment.

Anna's place is a wonderful! Great location, peaceful, spacious, and excellent value for money. Host was very responsive. I'd definitely stay here again. A great find!

fantastic apartment close to beach in nice friendly neighborhood . was great having a washer in unit very convenient. full kitchen altough food so cheap to order, you can still cook what you want or have dietary needs. wifi good. no noise quiet place ,rooftop for suntanning and hanging laundry only cons bed a bit hard and no microwave otherwise perfect stay

We spent over two months here and felt at home. At the beginning, the noisy main street and (until the end) the very hard bed took some getting used to. However, the proximity to the beach as well as the recommended booth "Banh My Chay Tâm Tri" and the Bac My An Markt with its legendary Kem Bo (avocado ice cream) have more than made up for this. The young employees of the in-house cafe "Seven Days Coffee" were always very helpful. We were also very welcome by the weekly cleaning and the exchange of bedding & towels. The apartment was modern and more equipped to Western standards e.g. induction stove. If you often want to cook for yourself, you can reach your limits with only one stove top and the basic equipment (for longer stays). However, since the food in Vietnam is so cheap, we were usually eating (street stalls with plastic chairs or local markets - local, delicious, cheap, authentic) or ordered something with GrabFood. Glad to come back!

It was a really wonderful place. It had a spacious living room, an indoor pool, multiple rooms, and individual toilets, and various other satisfying elements. The host's quick response was also good. Thanks to you, it was a great trip.

please was overall very nice and the host was incredibly nice and responsive. very impressive response rate and speed, and he went above and beyond, helped us organize tours, and offered flexible check in/out. The pool was very nice and the rooms/bathrooms were modern and well maintained. Very close to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Overall a great place to stay. main complaints/feedbay is: (1) there are lots of construction going on and it's very noisy during the day. hanging out by the pool was a bit unpleasant because of that. but this might be a problem for any Airbnb in the area (2) kitchen didn't have clean sponges/rags (we had to go out and buy some).

Really spacious place in a calm and peaceful spot. Feels really safe and our kids would cycle around and play outside. The pool and gym are nearby and lovely and they give you a discount to pay to use them. Nguyen was really helpful and we really enjoyed our time here.

Beautiful, peaceful, tranquil, serene homestay. The hosts were wonderful, so responsive with every request. The space was divine, so clean and stunning interiors. When I arrived I felt like I had entered a eucalyptus forest. From the shower and hand soaps to the pristine bedding and pillows.. even the fan and air conditioning unit were quiet. The area, the beach, the restaurants, Mr Hoas food, the cosy corner for breakfast. I loved every second of my stay and will return as soon as travel again to Vietnam. Thank you so much for creating what can only be described as “heaven”

Staying at Thuy’s home was a relaxing and restorative experience. We felt immediately at ease amongst the rice fields slowly being harvested throughout our stay. We were consistently wowed by the contemporary interiors and ample social space (many hours spent in the pool away from the heat of the day). The bedrooms were generous and gave our small group time space away while the big central atrium was a brilliant way to call out to each other for a morning coffee. An Mỹ is only a short ride away from the centre of Hội An and offers a slower pace than the busy historic centre. There are great coffee places within a 2 minute bike ride (we loved Coffee Xóm Chiêu). Cycling along the rice paddies during the sunset was like being in a film; kites flying, water buffalo strolling the fields, and farmers bundling dried rice. We can’t wait to be back!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our host was very responsive, friendly and helpful. The premises hold a large well kept garden and a traditional Hoi Anese house that has been modernised. There was lots of space and it was all very clean and comfortable. This is definitely a more unique place to stay than the other options in the same neighborhood. We'll be back!

The house is lovely and beautifully designed, the balcony is big and gorgeous. The only thing that bothered me that the water in the filter smelled like a worker, the host said it was normal, but it smelled bad to me.

I recently stayed at a lovely property in Da Nang and had an amazing experience. The host, Frank, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His attention to detail and responsiveness made a big difference. The amenities at the hotel were top-notch—spacious, clean rooms with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The property also had some thoughtful touches that added to the experience. While the location is a bit outside the main tourist areas, it’s still very convenient. Using Grab made it easy and affordable to get around, so I never felt disconnected from the action. In fact, being slightly removed from the hustle and bustle was a nice change of pace. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Da Nang! It’s a gem, and Frank’s hospitality makes it even better.

The place is great if you are looking to be distant from the hustle and bustle of the heart of Hanoi. We also had full access to the resort’s facilities which was wonderful. It is around 20min walk to the closest town and around 1.5hrs walking to the old town (or a 10-15min grab). The room is spacious and comfortable. It is beautifully decorated and with a great view overlooking the sea. Kathy was wonderful and very helpful. On top of her list of recommended things to do and places to go to, she was always sending additional tips to us. I highly recommend her place.

We are a family traveling with a 4 months’ old baby stayed for 3 nights and happy about our stay. The host was kind enough to help us with many luggage including stroller and safety chair, there’s also enough space for 3 adults and a baby. It’s quite convenient to have both a washing machine and a dryer, especially when we had a super hot day during our stay. It’s also great to have 2 bathrooms. We liked the balcony a lot. Great location away from the old town’s hustle and bustle. With many nice local eateries around. It’s walkable to reach the old town. The neighbourhood could get noisy from time to time which on the other hand makes it lively. We’d recommend the listing. Overall it’s very good price for what’s offered.

It was very spacious and pleasant, so it was good for 2 families to use. I use a microwave, washing machine, and dryer, but it's okay to use it. They also bring you a towel right away when you request it. If I come to Da Nang again, I will visit again.

The condo was great. Even better was the location. Lots of restaurants nearby and the beach was just a short walk away. Hosts were really responsive and answered our every questions. I would really recommend this place.
