Kim was immediately in touch on the phone and gave really clear instructions to give our taxi driver. Kim was so kind and friendly & served a variety of foods for breakfast right outside our room. Nothing was too much trouble & we felt like part of the family & community straight away. Kim also offered laundry service & her husband was also a great taxi service. They advised us on local events & places of interest. So welcoming, I would highly recommend a stay in this beautiful quirky house. Thank you Kim & Duy.

Quanh khách sạn nhiều nhà hàng và tiệm cà phê nên rất tiện. Phòng sạch sẽ, nhân viên nhiệt tình hỗ trợ mình giữ hành lý khi đến sớm.

We had an amazing stay here, the bnb is just 5mins away from the beach, so the location was good. There were shops available nearby and scooty rentals as well. It was a good stay!

Wonderful oaisis in a quiet area of Hoi An, not far from city center / old town but in the rice paddies where one can walk or bike through the farms. Lovely house, very large suites with everything one might need. We kept saying, wow, this place is so well-thought-out! With music players, chargers, day beds, good drinks selection, long list of activity ideas, and excellent staff who made us great breakfasts. We are planning to return again but next time stay a week to relax more thoroughly.

Nice boutique accommodation. Private Courtyard, with pool. Rooms cleaned everyday. Top quality breakfast prepared daily. Toung and his team very friendly always going the extra step. Easy walk to Hoi An Ancient Town.

Sono stata davvero bene presso il Fairy Garden, l'alloggio è molto bello, accogliente, con uno spazio dove ho potuto lavorare. Lo staff gentilissimo, mi hanno offerto il caffé al mio compleanno e aiutato tutte le volte in cui ne avevo bisogno. Il giardino è molto bello, con la piscina e la iacuzzi. Consigliatissimo per chi preferisce la tranquillità al caos del centro turistico. Grazie di cuore

We had a lovely month long stay at Maria’s apartment. Maria was very responsive to any questions we had during our time there.

Just amazing! We absolutely loved staying at Minh’s. As young travellers, it was the perfect quiet abode to come back to after a night out at the party hostel close by. There are mopeds for rent so you can easily see all of Hoi An, and his family is so lovely. The breakfast also is awesome. Could not reccomend more !

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was close to the main areas but still quiet at night. Thanh Vinh was very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay again if I were ever back in Hoi An, highly recommend!

Chambre propre et confortable. Eau chaude et pression correcte. Hôte très sympathique et serviable. Belle décoration. Beau jardin et belle piscine. Le logement est éloigné de la vieille ville et il est préférable de se déplacer en scooter, taxi ou vélo pour aller en ville le soir (nous l’avons fait à pied mais une partie du chemin est moins agréable le soir car il faut utiliser la route principale). Durant la journée il y a des chemins à travers des petites routes en pleine nature très agréable pour se rendre en ville. il faut néanmoins compter environ 40 minutes à pied (nous aimons marcher en journée donc pas de soucis pour nous). De nombreux services proposés, prêt de vélo, location de scooter, navette aéroport. Nous recommandons le logement.

It is a really nice accommodation with a small pool, bicycles you can use as well as different tour and travel options and other services which are offered by the host, Peter. I think it is a really good option when you want an allround package in a bit more quiet environment outside the busy areas.

Lovely apartment. Nice spacious bedrooms with great sized beds. Pool area was lovely. We had a great breakfast made for us on our last day. My only issue was the CCTV cameras inside living area and pool area - I had thought it was a private villa and although we had the whole place to ourselves (we had booked 3 rooms) there was the chance the other two rooms would have been booked out too - we were obviously lucky that they weren't. Overall lovely stay though.

superb. the location is great to access both the old city and the center of hoi an. the rooms are absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable. there are free bikes to ride around the beautiful rice fields, gorgeous fresh roses everywhere even in the rooms, three absolutely loving puppies to greet you when you arrive. after only two days, pinus boutique felt like coming home. this was the perfect accommodation: new, clean, well taken care of, great hosts, beautiful scenery, quiet. mr. will’s spirit is wonderful. he is a ray of sunshine, so personable and also gave excellent recommendations and arranged the taxi service. he has a great intuition about his guests so his recommendations felt personalized which is a gift. i didn’t eat the breakfast but i saw it being served to other guests and it looked delicious. don’t hesitate on this booking, it’s really a gem. i can’t wait to return. i was lucky to stay in two rooms, and both were fantastic. be sure to check them out under his profile.

Хорошее жилье, были муравьи - по нашей просьбы их поубирали. Отель не первой свежести, но все чисто и аккуратно. Есть бесплатные велосипеды, рядом рисовые поля. Ночью тихо, хорошо, очень доброжелательный персонал.

very good for the price of the villa - slightly far from the old town but to be expected from the price (only a 5 min taxi)
