Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; one cat and a chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Wir haben alles selbst geplant und gebaut und hoffen, dass unsere Gäste sich wohlfühlen und die Zeit in Krems und der Wachau genießen werden! Logement avec un excellent rapport prestation/prix. Très calme, et la gare à moins de 100 mètres pour moi qui voyage en train. Idéalement situé pour aller depuis la gare soit à Vienne, soit découvrir la vallée de la Wachau (villages, abbayes...) le centre du village et le supermarché sont à 1,5 km, ce qui suppose une bonne organisation. Des bus relient le village à la gare.

Haben noch nie eine besser ausgestattete FeWo gesehen. Wunderschöner Garten, in total ruhiger Lage mit Blick in die Weingärten. Mehr brauchts nicht zum Erholen. Auch für Weinliebhaber, die die Niederösterreichischen Weine verkösten möchten, ist hier allerbestens gesorgt. Sowohl im Haus, als auch in der näheren Umgebung mit vielen Heurigen.

Eine Perle. Alles is mit so viel Liebe angelegt, dass man sich nur wohl fühlen kann. Wir haben sehr entspannt. Die Gegend ist toll und alles, was man sich wünscht ist in und ums Haus. Karin ist sehr freundlich und immer bereit. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
