The bungalow for your own use is located directly on the Lehenhüttl pond in an absolutely quiet/isolated location and, together with the owners' house, is part of the building in the green area that is worth preserving. The beautiful village of Jaidhof with castle and recreational pond is about 500 m away. Krems an der Donau is about 18 km away. The town of Gföhl with shops and restaurants is 1 km away. At the Krumau reservoir (10 km), you have the opportunity for a boat trip.

Cozy cottage in the countryside - surrounded by forest, close to the river and ideal for a relaxing time out in the Kamptal. The immediate vicinity to Rosenburg and Burg Gars is ideal for guests who would like to combine their stay with a visit or work on the rich art and cultural events, e.g. the Burg Gars opera. Enjoy the magnificent views from the vineyards to the Danube. The apartment (approx. 40 m²), built with a lot of love, is located in the quiet, historic old town center and is equipped with underfloor heating, a bathroom/toilet and a kitchenette. Local suppliers, rustic wine taverns and hiking or Bike paths are very close by.

Time out from everyday life

Comfort and relaxation in the LOG CABIN in the forest clearing. Dogs are also welcome. Breakfast is not included in the price; if needed, please contact us. For NÖ-Card holders, but also for those without a card, we are very centrally located for various excursion destinations such as Sonnentor, Noah's Ark, Kittenberg Adventure Gardens, and much more. The house is alive, so noises (e.g., woodworm) and visits from animals (e.g., ladybugs) are possible.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Fulfill a childhood dream – the overnight stay in the tree house between the treetops is unique, cozy and offers great views of the Kremstal. The Imbach tree house can comfortably accommodate two people. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed. From the property, you can easily set off on a variety of excursions: to the Wachau, to Krems or to the Waldviertel. But the capital city of Vienna is also just an hour away.

The apartment is on the second floor of our apartment building in the Weinviertel and can be used in whole or in part. Here you will find a separate bedroom and a very spacious kitchen-living room with another bedroom and balcony. 1 guest parking space is available. Our house is 3 km from the nearest train station. Vienna is 50 km away. Guests from all countries are welcome!

Sonnig

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, a Romanesque church, a Gothic Karner and lots of nature between the forest and wine regions near Eggenburg.
