We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Adventure instead of luxury.

Our vacation home is a spacious forester's house on more than 2300 square meters of land, which offers plenty of comfort. Behind the historic facade are four bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, a guest toilet and a bright country kitchen. In the spacious living and dining area with fireplace or the sauna, you can relax wonderfully. In summer, our swimming pool invites you to refresh yourself. The house offers a spacious outdoor area with several terraces and teak furniture as well as sun loungers.

Haus am Reithagen

The holiday home Haus am Reithagen is located in Hofgeismar and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as children's books and toys. A high chair is also available. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor area with a garden, open terrace, and covered terrace.

Lovely apartment in a half-timbered house

Modernized and cozy 75-square-meter (809-square-foot) apartment in a well-maintained 18th-century half-timbered house. A large, like-new kitchen and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower are available. There is a new sofa bed with an ottoman in the living room. For possibly a 3rd person. The bedroom now has a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm / 5' 11" x 6' 6¾") and a children's travel cot can also be set up if needed. In addition, there is a terrace with new seating furniture and an awning.

Separate bungalow in the garden

Your refuge place is in Grebenstein, an old German village from the Middle Ages, with towers, city wall and the ruins of old castles nearby! It's also close to the city of Kassel! You surely will like the place right from the start! The ivy grown round hideaway, in spring birds will build there nests here, is located in a nice old garden. Some part of the garden you are allowed to use for yourself, garden furnitures included. The rooms are light and equipped in Scandinavian/ IKEA style.

Sit back and relax, turn on the fireplace on cold days or swing on your bike, go canoeing, explore the Reinhardswald, or throw the barbecue on. The local gastronomy also has plenty of things to offer. Especially with children, a visit to the Sababurg Zoo is an absolute highlight. (Dogs are allowed there) Or maybe historical? The Trendelburg, the Sababurg or the local museum offer a lot of information. Also worth seeing is Hofgeismar, about 10 km away...

The ground-level house is wheelchair accessible and particularly ideal for seniors, guests with a walker or people with limited mobility. Children are welcome. There is a park across the street and a basketball court nearby. Peaceful location, cozy atmosphere and lots of comfort to feel good.

Our apartment in Calden-Fürstenwald offers accommodation for 2-4 people. It has 2 bedrooms, a living room with a large balcony, kitchen and bathroom. Füwa has an NVV connection towards Kassel. The train station is a 5-minute walk away. Füwa and its beautiful nature invite you to cycle and hike. But not only for active vacationers, there is also a lot on offer culturally in the surrounding area. We look forward to seeing you soon.
