Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Höchst

Our stay at Janine‘s home was beyond anything we could have imagined. The setting is heavenly. We hardly wanted to leave the house. The surrounding area is absolutely amazing for hiking, which was the purpose of our trip. Janine greeted us when we arrived and spoke with us in perfect English, which was very helpful. Janine was helpful all throughout our stay giving us hiking recommendations as well as local eateries! The pictures on the website absolutely do not do the home justice. Every single person we met in the area was beyond kind and friendly.

Spectacular location and a house that matches.. we had a lovely time, very well designed and built house, takes fully advantage of the beautiful scenery out side, highly recommended.. PS.. this applies for only during May-June ‘25 as the road in front of the house is getting repaired, it is important to note that there is only walking access to the house. This means that guests will need to carry their luggage for certain sections of the route from the parking lot.. just to provide clarity there is no option to drag your wheeled luggage to the house, it will need to be carried. Just wanted to provide this clarity as I thought this was assumed by us.. although the host had communicated to use about the access but this aspect was not clarified.

Wir haben hier mit 6 Personen 4 tolle Tage verbracht! Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, bietet eine wunderbare Aussicht und ist ideal für Wanderausflüge oder auch einfach zum abschalten geeignet. Das Haus ist sehr gross und geräumig, jeder von uns hatte ein Einzelzimmer zur Verfügung, zudem sind viele Parkplätze vorhanden und auch eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt beim Haus. Die grosse Terrasse mit Grill und Liegestühlen sowie das lichtdurchflutete Ess/Wohnzimmer sind das Prachstück des Hauses. Das hauseigene, gut ausgestattete Fitnesscenter ist zusammen mit der Sauna das Tüpfelchen auf dem i! Die Küche ist grundsätzlich sehr gut ausgerüstet, Kaffeemaschine inklusive Bohnen sowie Mikrowelle und Toaster vorhanden. Essig/Öl sowie viele Gewürze sind ebenso sehr hilfreich. Gläser, Besteck und Geschirr, sowie Messer in allen Grössen sind auch da. Grosser Kühlschrank mit Eisfach und Spülmaschine auch top. Die Sauberkeit war okay aber nicht überragend.

Vielen lieben Dank Annina und Tim für das tolle Wochenende, das wir bei euch verbringen durften mit eurer herzlichen, flexiblen Gastfreundschaft. Die Aussicht vom HotPot aus ist grandios. Danke für's Einheizen am 2. Tag :)

Wir waren mit unserer 21 Monate alten Tochter da und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt, daher klare Empfehlung 😊

I have so many good things to say about this place. Philip was incredibly kind and helpful. The place was stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. It is peaceful and walkable and everywhere you look is beautiful. The place is cozy and super clean, I loved opening the windows and just staring out at the view. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Pascal und Ailine waren wie immer herzlich und einladend. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gemütlich. Ich fühle mich jedes mal Wohl, wenn ich dort bin und es fehlt an nichts! Danke für den Schokokuchen diesmal :D

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben, bietet alles was man braucht und liegt in einer sehr schönen Umgebung, in der man auch super Spazieren gehen kann. Außerdem hat man viel Platz und ist mit dem Auto schnell in Lindau. Michael ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und ein toller Gastgeber. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :)

Un havre de paix au milieu des montagnes où le temps semble ralentir. Le jardin plein de verdure, la vue magnifique.. tout invite à la déconnexion. La piscine pour les journées ensoleillées et la cheminée pour les soirées hivernales sont un vrai plus. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Lucky est une hôte douce, bienveillante et attentionnée. Merci Lucky, pour tout, du fond de notre cœur. Une escapade qu’on aimerait revivre encore et encore. Nous gardons un très beau souvenir du Liechtenstein et recommandons ce coin de paradis, chez Lucky.

Wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen und haben es nach unseren Radtouren abends genossen, auf Terrasse oder Gartensitzplatz den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war sehr nett, der Hofladen mit Gartenmöbeln und anderen netten Dingen, schön zum Stöbern und Entdecken sehr empfehlenswert. Der Birnencidre hat uns besonders gemundet. An diesen Urlaub werden wir uns gerne erinnern.

Harald's place is very comfortable. We immediately felt at home the moment we stepped in. Harald's apartment looks even better than in photos. The bed, the pillows, the blankets, and the sofa bed (with mattress topping) are wonderful and made our whole family rest absolutely like sleeping in the clouds. The apartment is spick and span. Its space is very adequate for the four of us. The apartment sits in a quiet residential neighbourhood atop a mountain, and overlooks beautiful landscape of Lake Konstanz and Swiss Alps. Harald is very responsive and friendly.

wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Heidi und Elmar in Sulzberg. die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. einziger Kritikpunkt: das Haus ist etwas hellhörig. trotzdem kann man einen Aufenthalt hier sehr empfehlen! wir haben uns sehr über den den selbstgebackenen Hefezopf gefreut!

Cozy, nice place with everything as listed. We enjoyed our stay and the host was super helpful and prompt in their responses. Smooth check-in and check out, walkable distance from both the train and the port. Highly recommend

Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt, der uns lange in Erinnerung bleiben wird! Die Wohnung von Robert ist wirklich mitten in Bregenz und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir haben immer einen Parkplatz in der Nähe gefunden. Robert ist ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, wunderschön eingerichtet und war wirklich makellos sauber! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die Wohnung ist sehr nah an der Innerstadt und dem Bodensee. Danke für alles, lieber Robert, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen. Die Umgebung ist schön und ruhig. Perfekt zum entspannen. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Corinna und Felix sind sehr freundliche Menschen, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Gerne wieder! ☺️

Really nice appartment perfectly located in Walenstadt. It's a two-bedroom apartment with a separate kitchen and both roomy bathroom and living/diningroom. Highlight is the nice view from the living room as well as the outside area. Fully and well equipped: comfortable beds, the kitchen incl. dish-washing and coffee machines, living room featuring TV incl. gaming console, grill in the exterior area. Some details went beyond expectations: bathroom with pleasant toileteries, complete equipment to grill outside. Location is really convenient. Aprox 10 min walk from both the centre of Walenstadt, as well as from the lake and the big playground for the kids. The area is residential area, at the very end of street hence quite and reassuring for the kids playing outside. Michaela was a wonderful host, preparing the appartment up to details, and also answering questions and helping us to make the stay even more convenient. Looking forward to coming back soon!

wir waren auf der Durchreise und froh, dass es super ruhig und unkompliziert war alles. Wollten uns einfach nur von der langen Fahrt erholen und fit werden für den nächsten Reisetag. das ging pima. Danke

The apartment has some of the best views of anywhere we have stayed. Spectacular mountain scenery for relaxing in the evenings. A fantastic location to be based for hiking the Liechtenstein way for a week. All amenities you could need are provided. Bus stop 1 minute from the apartment to bring you to Vaduz with easy connections to everywhere, or Malbun in the other direction. We did not meet Sigi but she gave clear instructions and was responsive to all of our questions.

We had a great stay at Marcus and Lana's place. The apartment is lovely, and it was spotless. The location is great, especially for wine lovers, as there are many wineries accessible on foot! ;) There was a private parking space, and the location allows you to reach many tourist points on the Bodensee by car quite quickly. The neighbourhood is very peaceful. We did not bike, but the location seemed great for it, and there was even a bike rental nearby. Overall, we had a great time and we would come back again. Definitely recommend it!

Es war alles wunderbar, Markus ist ein toller, sehr hilfsbereiten und freundlicher Gastgeber, an den ich mich immer wenden konnte. Check-In hat problemlos per Schlüsselbox funktioniert. Habe mich sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt und sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Bett ist super bequem. Ich hatte einen sehr idyllischen Aufenthalt und kann Unterkunft und Gastgeber wärmstens empfehlen.

Beautiful apartment located right on the water. This was an amazing experience for my family. Had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy! We had an amazing time! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Amazing views and excellent location.

Die Wohnung ist super. Leider ging es mir bei Anreise nicht gut (wir waren nur auf der Durchreise nachhause) und haben uns dann entschlossen weiter heim zu fahren :-( Trotzdem waren alle sehr lieb und verständnisvoll.

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich zehn Sterne vergeben. Bei Barbara und Sepp fühlt man sich wie zu Hause. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und super sauber. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Macht weiter so und vielen Dank für ein paar wundervolle Tage in eurer Ferienwohnung.
