Vacation rentals with lake access in Hochsauerlandkreis

Lovingly furnished, super equipped and a great view - we didn't lack anything. We felt very comfortable right away!

We spent New Year's Eve in the Stranzenburg in a small group. Really a beautiful unique house with charm! Ursula was a great host who even greeted us with a cake. If you have any questions, we were always able to reach out and received a quick response. We were all very comfortable.

We had a great vacation with 6 people and our dogs. The house had all the amenities you need and a little more. All our special requests were implemented and in some cases already accommodated. On the sun terrace, I have a great view of the lake and can enjoy the sun. The area invites you to hike and in summer the path to the lake is worthwhile. We can only recommend the house to everyone.

We felt very comfortable in the cozy apartment of Werner and Elvira. It is beautifully decorated and the terrace overlooking the lake is a highlight. Werner explained everything to us in peace and gave us tips for the area. Here you can go hiking and enjoy the nature. Everything we needed was available and we were able to relax perfectly. As before: a super nice hostess; the apartment is tiptop: sparkling clean, very comfortable bed, despite the street it is quiet, the kitchen is very well equipped, and it is totally cozy. I will be happy to come back.

I was there for a week in April. I was warmly welcomed by the two hosts. The location is just gorgeous. You can look directly at Lake Edersee when you sit on the large panoramic balcony or look out the window. The view is unbeatable. You can walk on very beautiful panoramic paths. Within walking distance is also a restaurant (Mun), where you can eat very well. You can also very quickly reach the Edertalsperre by car, which is definitely worth one or more excursions there. I will definitely return, because here I was able to relax very well. Thank you for the time here.

Excellent apartment, tasteful and modern decor, everything worked fine. Everything seemed as good as new (February 2025). Good comfortable beds. Winterberg is nearby by car. Beautiful view. Quiet location. Easy to find. Key exchange went smoothly. In short, not so much to criticize actually.

Beautiful and clean apartment with very nice view from balcony in nature and Sorpesee, our children had a lot of fun with the pool. A suitable apartment for winter and summer vacations for small families. Nice host, he was always available for any questions.

I had a wonderful stay in this cozy apartment. The area is nice and quiet, perfect for a relaxing vacation. Sebastian was quick to reach and kindly responded to our questions. The highlight was definitely the birds chirping in the bathroom!😅 The apartment was clean and cozy furnishings. A small point of criticism was the wifi, which at times didn't work, but after a day it worked again. Unfortunately, the network for phone calls was also not optimal, but it was feasible to call if you run around to find the network😅. Overall, however, it was a great stay and I can only recommend the apartment! Thank you Sebastian for the accessibility!

Great place, it is in an apartment so you can hear the people above you. But other than that it was a good stay.
