We felt completely comfortable in Uta's cottage! The communication with Uta was great. The accommodation is super quiet on the edge of the village - perfect to really unwind. Inside, there is everything you need: a small, well-equipped kitchen, a fireplace, a comfortable bed, a cozy sofa with TV - everything to feel at home. Beautiful walking paths start right outside the door. Our highlight was the completely fenced (dog-proof!) Garden. There, our furry friend could run around freely, play or doze in the grass. Everything was there for the dog (dog blanket for the sofa, food/water bar, garden hose and towels). From the terrace, you have great views of the countryside - ideal for letting your thoughts wander or enjoying the sunset. In short: For us, the perfect place to unwind and simply relax - far away from the hustle and bustle, neighbors and everyday stress.

A great house, a quiet location. Perfect for up to 10 guests. The space is there. Check-in worked wonderfully, communication from the host was fast and reliable. He makes a friendly impression. The house really has everything you need. The garden is huge and everything is very well maintained. We can't wait for the next visit.

I spent a very relaxed and quiet weekend in the house with my dog. The house is really nice and has everything you need. Especially great for running with the dog is the forest right outside the front door. Communication with Lotta was straightforward and always friendly and accommodating. Glad to come back!

This was an amazing place to stay. You feel at home with the first step that you take into this cute house. It is cozy, comfortable, and is stocked with anything you need for the first day you arrive. The Kitchen is equiped with all the necessary things, ready for a chef to cook for family or friends. The accommodation was completely clean upon arrival and the beds neatly made. Almost everything speaks for itself. The city center is within walking distance and if you walk down the driveway you have a view of Winterberg. Olaf was very friendly and offered us a place to store the mountain bikes. All in all, it was great!

We spent an extended weekend with 13 people in this beautiful cottage. We felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and above all the children were super satisfied and could play in the beautiful garden with the toys. The creek in particular was a highlight. We will be happy to come back.

Spent a great long weekend with a couple of friends. The loft left nothing to be desired, everything was offered for the joint cooking evening. Super quiet environment, great for long walks. Hostess available at any time, friendly/open/helpful. We will be happy to come back ☺️

There were five of us in the mill and we enjoyed it very much! Nicole and Alfred are very welcoming and gave us good recommendations for exploring the area. Great view from the balcony directly into the forest. The street behind the house can be heard but is not very busy and therefore not a big deal. The apartment is very cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. We totally enjoyed it - Thanks for the wonderful time! :)

The apartment is exactly as described. Tastefully furnished with a very nice view into the scenery. With our dog, we were able to take beautiful hikes nearby. Maik was always available and also warned us about black ice. We are happy to recommend the accommodation.

It was an incredibly nice and sparkling clean, cozily furnished cottage. A hidden gem Everything was available. The hostess was particularly friendly and helpful. The area is beautifully beautiful. Suitable for various outdoor sports and hiking tours. Highly recommended! We will definitely go back again.

Already on the way, we were thrilled by the quiet, green surroundings. Thanks to the exact description we received before check-in, we got to the accommodation quickly and easily and were very impressed with the modern style of furnishings and the great views. The apartment has panoramic windows in both directions, the lush forest offers pure relaxation for the eyes and soul. We liked to sit in the loggia and listen to the forest sounds and sunbathe with a coffee. The bathroom has a nice rain shower. We also visited the sauna and pool, everything was perfect and we were even the only ones, probably because it is actually a winter sports area. We are a family with a baby and small poodle and felt very comfortable, so we actually didn't want to leave. The host is also very friendly and gave us all the information we needed. All around great - we will recommend this place and will be happy to come back.

Our stay at Tina's apartment was exactly as we had imagined, we were very satisfied and felt comfortable. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing and perfect for short stays. Tina is very nice, helpful and quickly accessible.

Absolutely fantastic and worth every penny. The chalet is wonderfully and stylishly furnished. The kitchen is very modern and absolutely perfectly equipped. There is absolutely not a single detail that is not perfect. We will be back and recommend the chalet to anyone looking for a great place to stay! Rarely booked such a perfect AirBnB. 100 points

We spent a weekend here for two with our dog & enjoyed this time out very much. The yard is so large that it did not need a fence for our dog & she could still run around freely. She was also happy to be able to spend time with the farm dog every now and then :) However, we humans were also very positively surprised by the size of the apartment & the royal theme. I'd love to come back :)

We slept here for 3 nights with the five of us. Excellent location for all mountain bike bike parks, spacious house, nice beds. Beautiful area for hiking. We enjoyed it! Only the fact that you can't shower standing up if you're tall, was less convenient with two boys of almost 1.90 meters, but we knew this in advance and we found no problem. We'd love to come back when we go mountain biking again. And then the boys definitely want 😀

The cottage is more spacious than expected, very clean and superbly equipped. You have absolute peace in nature and can reach the village on foot after a 15-minute walk. We will recommend the place!

Fantastic, quiet place! Ingo and Bianca are super sweet, accessible people. Apartment was super super clean. Little touches that quickly made me feel the dogs are more than welcome! Extra plus, garden is gated! Directly you are in the woods, between the fields. I stayed there for 4 days and barely encountered people while hiking. And after hiking in the cold, I was able to warm up by the wood stove afterwards. I would recommend this place to anyone and will be happy to return to this fantastic place.

I went to Ferienhaus Nebenan with a group of friends. It was a super nice, cozy and spacious accommodation in a beautiful setting. Hans and his family are very warm and cordial people, which made us feel right at home. It was 100% worth our money and would definitely recommend this stay to others!

We spent a very nice extended weekend in the old forest house and were very enthusiastic about the apartment, where nothing was missing (especially in the kitchen) and everything is visually so beautifully coordinated that you could only feel comfortable. We also particularly liked the garden and the location on the edge of the forest. You can start a hike directly, e.g. to the Dalheim Monastery or on the forest adventure trail. Helen's mother welcomed us very warmly and quickly answered and supported us with small questions. We will definitely come back when we are back in the area, it is a very relaxing place.
