What a lovely apartment, with all the comforts and very warm and cozily furnished. We felt right at home! The apartment is on the slopes and the view is breathtaking. It was nice that we received all the necessary information in advance, it was very complete. Questions were answered almost immediately. We can recommend this accommodation to everyone!

2nd time we have been to Stefan's place, and really a top location if you want to walk the dogs wonderfully. we will definitely come back. thanks Stefan for a great weekend.

Jans apartment was great for our mini-ski break in Winterberg. Very clean and cozy home, five minute drive to the pistes, walkable into the city centre for dinner out or groceries.

We only needed a place to stay for the Christmas visit to relatives, so we couldn't use the great amenities :-) There really is everything you need, right down to the iron. Definitely a recommendation!

The apartment is wonderfully stylish and furnished with the element of wood, the Saartje Prum crib is a hit for the kids, in the kitchen you will really find all the details, the bathroom is very well equipped, the living room is wonderfully cozy, and the view from the terrace is fabulous! If you are looking for a comfortable, tasteful and quietly located apartment, Thomas is the right place for you. The amenities are high quality and the apartment was very clean. The two terraces invite you to stay in good weather. The area is absolutely quiet and you can reach the lake in no time. Numerous hiking and cycling trails are within easy reach. We felt super comfortable and will book again with Thomas on our next visit. It was perfect for us and very relaxing. Communication with Thomas was very friendly and proactive. The key box makes check-in very well organized.

Since I feel very comfortable in the apartment, I was now in the accommodation for the 3rd time. It is a small and cozy one-bedroom apartment with everything you need for a short trip alone or as a couple. The kitchen is really very small, but there is a hot plate, kettle, coffee maker and fridge. Not for large cooking events, but more than sufficient for a good breakfast or a quick pot of pasta. The city is within walking distance in 15 minutes. The apartment is clean and quiet location. Since I no longer have my own apartment in Soest, I am always happy to come back to Marlene in the apartment!

The place was great, there is everything you need. It is totally cozily furnished and everything is clean. There is a key safe at the entrance, so check-in is totally uncomplicated and super flexible, we didn't arrive until late at night and there is a parking space right in front of the entrance. The communication with Frank was completely straightforward. We will be very happy to come back.

We had a wonderful weekend together in the apartment. The location in the middle of nature is wonderfully quiet – just right for relaxing. We particularly liked the cozy balcony and the private sauna – ideal for a few relaxing hours for two. The apartment was clean, well appointed, and exactly as described. We will be happy to come back!

Everything went well, very simple and a nice apartment

We had a pleasant stay at Irene's. The very quiet and residential neighborhood allowed us to sleep well. The amenities are comfortable and the apartment is clean and functional. Communication with Irene was perfect despite the fact that we don't speak German. We would recommend it in a second.

We had an amazing stay at Walter's beautiful apartment! Walter is a top notch host, and makes sure that his guests aren't missing a thing! The second floor apartment is fully equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay. It is clean, comfortable and you'll feel right at home. Absolutely recommend!

Helga is a wonderful hostess… a warm welcome on the day of arrival… Helga was always available… the apartment was really beautiful for me, she had everything you need to cook something yourself… super central location in Höxter, you are immediately in the city center, not far is the beautiful Weser where you can go for a walk or go on bike tours… A clear recommendation for Helga and her apartment!!! I'd love to come back!!!

Adam's place was very nice and modern, just like the photos depicted. Everything was super clean and Adam was always on hand for questions. There were issues with the internet and TV one evening. I reached Adam the same evening and he took care of it the next morning and fixed the issue. Just great!

We had a lovely stay. With a lot of peace and quiet to just slow down. The place matches the pictures , we didn't lack anything. Maybe a screen would be attached to the hot tub to the terrace:) We would have felt even more comfortable with that. But that's complaining to a high standard. We definitely recommend Andre's place.

It was a very nice stay at the Egge resort! As a welcome, mine received a bottle of sparkling wine and the amenities corresponded to that of the virtual tour, which could be done in advance. Everything very clean. It is a very nice view from the balcony. We will be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The amenities are very good, well maintained and the furniture is in mint condition. It is a quiet residential area and you can quickly reach the countryside on foot, but the beautiful old town is also within walking distance. We will definitely come back here in the summer.

We were there for the second time, we enjoyed it very much again. The shared use of the spa is especially great. We will come a third time 😉

Great place, highly recommend for a short trip!

We had a really great time. Completely relaxed and everything was clear before we went that side. Super beautiful garden where you can completely relax. Otherwise very neat and clean ! But there was a little less to do in the village itself. All in all, really recommended !

Anke's accommodation more than exceeded our expectations by a harmonious and absolute feel-good atmosphere. The apartment is far more spacious than in the photos, everything was prepared for the fireplace and the hot tub was a dream. We were warmly welcomed by Anke, the loving gestures like small guest gifts immediately made us feel at home. We want to come back as soon as possible. Best regards, Oliver and Tanja.
