Short distance to Melands grøna hei, Trodla Tysdal, and Ritlandskrateret. 60 min to Preikestolen, 90 min to Stavanger. Guests have access to a small beach, rent a rowing boat and buy a fishing license. From the house there is a view of Jøsenfjorden and Ombo. The house is authentic and cozy. There is a washing machine and Wi-Fi. Private parking for 2 cars. Fire pan, outdoor furniture, and firewood.

Country house by the sea

Here you live right on the seafront with garden, pier and your own beach. Boat can be rented and some fishing equipment is available. There is one bathtub with room for 2 adults out by the beach. We have SUP boards and windsurf boards that you can borrow. From Erfjord it takes 2 hours to drive to the parking lot by the pulpit then a walk of 3 hours. Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

The house is located in Ryfylke, where nature shows itself from its best side. From the farm, where the house is located, there is a alot to do. Mountain hikes, rivers, sea and fishing. There are also 60 wild sheep living on the farm. A 9-hole disc golf course has been established on the farm. See «Hyllehaugen disk golf» on the app «Udisc». We have disks for rent. Distance to the Pulpit Rock is 1.5 hours. Other recommended trips are "Skomakernibbå", "Røssenibben" or Blåsjø.

BBQ terrace under roof with private entrance to kitchen. Large parking right outside the door. The house is located on the outskirts of a quiet camping and you get free access to the pool, mini golf, billiards, playground etc. The pool is open in the period 15.5. - 15.9. and holds about 29 degrees.
