Rune's guest house is in the middle of the Forsand marina and is surrounded by water on 3 sides. Our apartment on the first floor was very spacious and offered a unique view of the fjord - directly from the chair. Our son liked the sleeping place under the roof. Overall, nothing was left to be desired. Rune was always available in the supermarket opposite and gave us tips for hiking in the Lysefjord. Forsand is very suitable as a starting point for tours. The Preikestolen parking lot is 20 minutes away and with the (6:00 AM) ferry or a rented boat you can get to Flørli and Lysebotn, for example.

Cozy apartment with a great view. Nice that there was available high chair and cot. We got to relax in a very good bed and with a great view. Feel free to come back!

This was one of the best places I stayed in. The house is in the old neighbourhood and right by the sea. In themorning, you are greeted by the biggest cruise ships ever and in the evning you get a great view of the sea and city. The host Daniel was a very friendly person who was very responsive a gave great suggestions about the city. All in all, it was a great stay. Recommended.

Very nice apartment right by the harbor, free parking in the immediate vicinity, terrace with evening sun and beautiful views of the water. We recommend this place.

Susan. She was super friendly. She was always attentive and asked if I was okay and if I needed anything, not to hesitate to tell her. I'm happy with your service. When I was about to leave, I asked her where I could throw the garbage, she told me to leave it there, that her husband would come down to throw it away, since they lived right above the apartment. Very happy with your apartment and your attention.

Really nice place with access to small beach, hot tub and cozy conservatory to enjoy the view from. Large window section in living room/kitchen overlooking the fjord and mountains. SO nice! Walking distance to ferry to Lysebotn, Flørli, etc. Very good and nice host who gave us great recommendations for great trips with small children and answered questions minutes after we wrote. We'll definitely be back someday 😍

Had a pleasant stay at Kjetil’s place. The place is clean, within walking distance to the shopping district. Should try the bakery that is just beside the house!

Absolutely fabulous- quiet and beautiful place to stay. We watched the northern lights out the window and explored the area. Overall we had a lovely stay with everything we could need in the home. We even made a fire in the pit outside one night and cooked sausages- our kids were in heaven. If we can come back we will be staying again!

We had a wonderful stay in Talgje! The house is perfect. It has a big kitchen, a cosy living room, comfortable beds and everything we needed. We loved the surrounding, there are so many beautiful paths on the island and a little beach nearby to have a picknick and go for a swim. We would definitely stay longer next time!

The house has a great location and a beautiful view of the fjord. There are also many beautiful hikes that start nearby. Anne Marie and her husband were very friendly, helpful and always quick to reach. We would definitely come back.

We were a group of friends of 5 who spent a weekend in Elin's great apartment. We would definitely recommend renting this and will be happy to come back in the future. It was central and in a great location with many restaurants nearby. We liked that it was spacious, nicely decorated and had very good beds. Big plus for the big bathroom! Very welcoming and nice host and easy check-in with lockbox. The apartment was well equipped and included on giving Stavanger- our stay 10/10 🤩

We felt very comfortable with Even. He is a super friendly host and is happy to give tips for excursions in the area. The house is very nicely decorated and everything is super clean. It is very nice that you can also use the beautiful conservatory. We would definitely stop by again on our next visit!

I had a great stay at Barbara’s Place in Stavanger. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed, with a great view to top it off. It’s in a peaceful neighborhood with a short walk to the bus station, so getting around was super easy. Communication with the host was smooth, and everything went as expected. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in Sandnes! Haakon is a talented painter and such a kind and welcoming host. He responded quickly to every question and was always available if we needed anything. The house had a beautiful view and was very cozy — we found everything we needed, just like being at home. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area! 😊

This place was a little piece of heaven, quiet and cozy, had everything we needed to cook, lovely and comfortable beds, bathroom was nice and a nice living room to lounge in. If I come back to Norway I would stay here longer!
