Consistently new 3-room apartment on the 1st floor in Bryggebyen with Tromøysund on both sides. Morning coffee on the terrace 5 meters from the sea and afternoon/evening sun on the field terrace overlooking Arendal's entrance. Great beaches/ swimming facilities 1 min walk from the apartment . Bathroom staircase 10 meters from the apartment. Free parking with the possibility of charging an electric car. 6 min to drive to Arendal city, buses every quarter. Possibility of long-term rental from January 1 to June 20, 2026 and from August 20, 2026.

Cozy apartment with a sea view

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

Balcony on both sides and light in from 4 edges! ☀️☀️ Just 15 meters from the pier edge makes it the closest to the sea of all apartments in the quadrature. 🌊 The apartment is located along the car-free promenade. 🏝 You can enjoy panoramic views of the city fjord, fortress and city beach. Central, spacious and well-equipped top apartment.

Welcome to our spacious, tidy apartment. Terrace in the evening sun. Central and at the same time undisturbed, 7 min walk down to the sea, 15 min to the city center, 45 min by car to the zoo. Shopping center 300 m. 2 bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen. Heating/air conditioning, heat pump, cables, bathroom. 2 bedrooms with 3 beds. 150 cm double bed, 120 cm bed, and 75 cm. We live downstairs and are available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Free parking, good bus connections. Possibility to rent 2 bicycles

dazzling SeaView apartment

the apartment has a fantastic sea view and an all year open jacuzzi (room for 7 people). Big bedroom with 180cm bed. bedroom 2 has bunk beds 140x200 and 90x200. bedroom 2 is not yet connected to the apartment (see pictures). sleepersofa in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop (8 busses in 1 hour). the apartment is equipped with everything you need! if there's anything at all, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Large Downtown Apartment by cozy marina

The Appartment is located at a cozy marina, with nice view of the marina and all the boats passing by during summer season. Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.

Nice apartment/loft at Bjorbekk, close to Arendal

A new apartment - cozy, modern and light. Located at Bjorbekk, only 4,5 km from the center of Arendal. Bus stop near by with plenty of connections every day. From the kitchen and bedroom window, you have a beautiful view of the river. Here you can also go for a swim (about a 2 min walk). Grimstad is also worth a visit, 17 km, and if you want to visit the zoo in Kristiansand, a 40 min drive will take you there.

Apartment with nice patio

The apartment is located in the basement of the seaside house in Arendal. The apartment is newly renovated with new kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven. In the living room there is both a seating area and dining area. Cots can be added if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment. Access to bathing/seafront is agreed with the host.

Apartment on the seafront with sup boards and 2 kayaks.

Great location right on the seafront , guests can use the part where the jetty is just below their entrance and to the right of the large anchor on the jetty. THE REST OF THE PIER AND THE SEA arch and the beach we use. ( Not to renters,) There is also the possibility to rent a kayak, 2 pieces during the summer season.
