Bathroom staircase 10 meters from the apartment. Free parking with the possibility of charging an electric car. 6 min to drive to Arendal city, buses every quarter. Possibility of long-term rental from January 1 to June 20, 2026 and from August 20, 2026. Price by agreement.

Sofa bed and possibility of additional mattress. There is a coffee maker in the kitchen. Kid-friendly apartment and outdoor areas. Possibility to borrow baby bed. Perfect for single/couple, with a small child . Sofa bed can be turned out, but unfortunately is very hard. Parking is just outside. Not electricity. Car charging, but charging stations close by

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

Experience the charm of Kolbjørnsvik - a small, charming harbor with roots back to the sailing ship era, just a stone's throw from Arendal city center. Here you live in quiet surroundings with a short distance to both the archipelago, the city, swimming areas and nature. Our accommodation is located in the middle of the charming village down on the quay, where you can enjoy the view of the water, stroll along the piers or take the boat straight over to Arendal in 3 minutes.

Bedroom 1 with double bed (180 cm), Bedroom 2 has a family bunk bed for 3 and is separate from the main apartment (see photos). The living room offers a sofa bed with soft toppers and a double sleeping alcove ( 75x165 cm). 55" smart TV with Chromecast. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Let us know if anything is missing.

The apartment is a part of 1etg in existing residential house with a private entrance and parking. The apartment is new, bright and cozy It consists of a bedroom with two beds, private bathroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. There's also a separate secluded patio with a dining area. The sofa bed is 200x150 and fits nicely for e.g. 2 children The area is quiet and kid-friendly. We also have two new sea kayaks that are possible to hire. Wifi in the apartment.

The Appartment is located at a cozy marina, with nice view of the marina and all the boats passing by during summer season. Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.

The apartment is located in the basement of the seaside house in Arendal. The apartment is newly renovated with new kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven. In the living room there is both a seating area and dining area. Cots can be added if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment. Access to bathing/seafront is agreed with the host.

Great location right on the seafront , guests can use the part where the jetty is just below their entrance and to the right of the large anchor on the jetty. THE REST OF THE PIER AND THE SEA arch and the beach we use. ( Not to renters,) There is also the possibility to rent a kayak, 2 pieces during the summer season.
