Living room on the 1st floor with projector that gives you a cinema feeling at home. The main bathroom on the 1st floor has both a hot tub and a large shower with steam and IR sauna. Here you will also find toys, board games and xbox 360 as well as exercise equipment. The attic living room has a day bed and can be used as a bedroom. The bedrooms have blinds. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental for stays longer than 5 days.

Vi leier ut vårt sørlandshus i idylliske og hisoriske Kolbjørnsvik. Pitoresk sørlandsidyll med flott utsikt mot Galtesund og Arendal. To minutters gange til ferjekaien, hvor den sjarmerende passasjerfergen "Kolbjørn" tar deg til/fra Arendal sentrum på få minutter flere ganger i timen. Fine bademuligheter i nærheten og kort vei til perler som Mærdø, Hove, Nidelva mm. Sjarmerende og skjermet terasse og hage med sol fra morgen til kveld. Perfekt for hygge på sene sommerkvelder.

We want to rent out our cozy southern house to orderly people. Panoramic views of the entrance to Arendal and Torungen lighthouse. Walking distance to "everything". Here you live very comfortably. Welcome to the vineyard on Tromøy - Myra Gård! Right in front of the house, 3,150 vines were planted in 2024, and guests can experience the vines in the different stages throughout the year. A lovely property located right by Raet National Park on Tromøy. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet in beautiful nature, the house is located just 200 meters from the entrance gate to Raet National Park on Spornes.
