We are located in a small and quiet village in the Wipptal 3 km south of Sterzing, at about 1000 m above sea level. Approx. 90 sqm Ground floor: Kitchen with adjoining stone cellar, Living room, day toilet. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, storage room, bathroom (2 sinks, toilet, bidet, shower and bathtub) Garden: grill, dining area and lawn. Use of the washing machine by arrangement. High-quality solid wood furniture. Close to car parking.

Looking out of your chalet directly onto the slopes, you are already eager to finally grab your things to start the day. But you still want to enjoy breakfast in peace. After all, you still have the whole day ahead of you. In the evening, when the sun is resting behind the mountain peaks and the moonlight is spreading over Steinach, you can relax your muscles in the Finnish sauna of the chalet. Lehner Schlössl is located in the picturesque village of Leutasch, surrounded by beautiful nature and yet only a stone's throw away from the village center. It offers numerous outdoor activities all year round, such as hikes and bike tours in the alpine paradise of Gaistal along the Leutascherache or more challenging mountain peaks. In winter, a cross-country ski trail leads right past the house.

Tyrolean chalet on the farm, built in 2009, 4 bedrooms for 8-10 guests, huge kitchen, stunning dining room made from pine wood, two spacious bathrooms. Just 12 km to Hintertuxer Glacier or 3 km to Penken via the lift in Finkenberg. Lonely location on the cow farm - fresh milk and eggs, but with WiFi and nearest shops and restaurants just 3 km from the house (by car).

The farmhouse has 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms and can accommodate 10 guests. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable box spring beds. The house is heated quite rustically with wood in winter. We also have additional infrared heaters in all rooms. The property is fenced. The house is located at 1300 meters and is accessible by car all year round.
