You will be vacationing with us idyllically on the edge of the forest, under Mödling Castle, a 15-minute walk to the historic Babenberger town of Mödling with its unique medieval ambiance, shops, cafes and restaurants. And if you want to visit the city of Vienna, take the train from Mödling to Vienna and after 30 minutes you will be in front of St. Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna in the city center. Directly from us there are numerous hiking and mountain bike routes, and a lot of cultural things to discover.

36 m² bright, quiet apartment in the courtyard on the 2nd floor with elevator. About 5 minutes walk from the old town center and the foothills of the Vienna Woods and about 15 minutes from the train station. A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity. The morning sun wakes you up in the lovingly renovated and equipped Garçonnière with anteroom, closet space, bathroom with shower/toilet, and a living/sleeping room. The kitchen is separated. Pets are possible after consultation. NON-SMOKER!

The former garage has been lovingly converted into an accessible loft-like studio with an e-charging station. Our house in a good residential location is only 10 to 15 minutes walk away from Mödling's train station and historic city center. The nearby metropolis of Vienna is easily accessible by train. The night bus from Vienna stops around the corner. The adjacent Wienerwald is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, runners and mountain bikers. The local winegrowers offer regional delicacies.

Enjoy a carefree stay in the town of Baden with excellent transport connections to central Vienna.

The bright and spacious apartment is located within a few minutes' walk from the Mödlinger pedestrian zone. The pedestrian zone forms the center of Mödlings and offers some cafes, restaurants and shopping. The Vienna Woods are also only a 10-minute walk away. From the Goldenenstiege, you can reach many beautiful excursion destinations and explore the Vienna Woods. The train station is also within walking distance and offers a quick and comfortable connection to Vienna.

From this centrally located accommodation, you will be in all the important places in no time. By bus, train or tram in Vienna. A few steps away is the Kurpark or the Doblhoffpark with the Rosarium and a pond for rowing. A nice casino or theater is within walking distance. The Emperor of Austria or Ludwig van Beethoven felt comfortable in Baden. Thermal baths have existed in Baden since Roman times. In 4 minutes you can reach the Roman baths with sulfur pool and sauna

About this accommodation: Bright, cozy, light-flooded house with a sizzling garden in the sunny south of Vienna. The house is in the green belt of Vienna, from where the city and the main tourist attractions can be easily reached via the well-developed transport network, Park&Ride or by tram. The Mödlinger Au immediately behind the house invites you to take a walk towards the monastery garden. Authentic Heurige (wine makers) invite you to taste their famous wines.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; one cat and a chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Mödling, the commuter belt of Vienna, makes living special for individualists. Enjoy the quiet location centrally located directly 100 m from Schrannenplatz. Public transport can be reached on foot in a few minutes and in any direction to the BAB in a short time. The apartment is brightly newly renovated and furnished to a high standard. Internet and TV included, the large balcony for nice reading hours in nice weather.
