Villa vacation rentals in Hilton Head

This was our second time in this complex but first in this condo unit. The view was terrific and access to nearby attractions was convenient. The condo was updated and spacious enough for two adults and one teen. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony during the evening, listening to the ocean.

Place was exactly as described. Had one small hiccup and Janet was very responsive and had it resolved. Directions/instructions in house were very helpful for things like TV, A/C, etc. Can’t beat the view if you’re a golf fan, sitting on the screened in porch and watching the 9th at Harbour Town. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants at the lighthouse, so a very convenient location. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay here for a quick 5 day vacation! There was a lot in walking distance which made things very accessible! The beach was about a 10-13min walk down the street, and if you wanted to drive instead you could park at the public beach lot which was very convenient too. The condo was clean and looked just liked the pictures. Definitely will book here again!

Very comfortable and clean accommodations. Looked exactly like the photos. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Pool area is beautiful. It was too cold to utilize but I would love to come back during warmer weather!

We had an amazing stay! Christian was very responsive and helpful. The place was clean, it was a short walk to the beach, and there were 2 pools close by. The wildlife on the island was absolutely beautiful! Everything was provided for the beach including a wagon, chairs, and tent which made it so easy. It was in a convenient location to different shopping areas and restaurants. I can’t say enough good things about our stay!

The Island Club was a perfect stay for my family of 8. You could walk right outside the patio to the beach and the pool was not far from the unit. The beach and pool were about a 2 minute walk from the unit. The amenities provided at the Island Club were wonderful such as a small playground for kids, patio chairs, and places to grill out as well as comfortable hangouts near the pool. This community felt very safe and family friendly which made our stay very comfortable. At this community, you can drive to near by restaurants and fun activities for the family. All the amenities listed inside the unit were provided and then some, such as kitchen appliances, cookware, and utensils. A mattress topper was provided which helped make the pull out couch more comfortable, and there were extra pillows and blankets if needed. I would highly recommend a stay at this listing and would stay again when possible!

Great vacation spot. Very spacious condo on the beachfront. Convenient to the shopping and dining. We would definitely stay here again. The company that manages the property was great and very helpful.

This is our 3rd year staying at this awesome spot. Meaghan is always so great. We love being able to walk to Harbour Town for sunsets on the pier. Looking forward to staying here for years to come. Thanks

Great place to stay with family. The home was clean and spacious. We were close to restaurants and grocery stores. We would definitely stay here again.

I don’t think we could have asked for a better stay for my sister’s bachelorette party. The house is fantastic and everyone felt like they had their own space. The pool was extremely well kept and the backyard was awesome, pictures do not do it justice. Finally, Akash was so wonderful, giving us recommendations, answering any messages within minutes and he was so helpful with anything we needed leading up to and while we were at the house. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

We spent the month of March here at Beachwalk. The unit was just perfect for the two of us. It was so bright and open that even on rainy days we didn't mind staying inside. Sitting inside or outside on the deck we saw lots of wildlife including a couple of deer one morning. We also really enjoyed watching the golfers on the sixth hole of the Shipyards course. The short walk to the beach from the unit made this unit an ideal location. Matt was a great host!

Suzanne is a great host and communicator. The villa is in an excellent location with a wonderful beach and pool view. The space is very clean well maintained. The complex is walking distance to golf and tennis/pickleball. The pools and hot tub are lovely. Suzanne's personalized guide book provides great detail on the villa as well as thoughtful recommendations. My family had a wonderful visit and highly recommend.

A great trip for a family of four, two kids included. The description was spot on and the view was amazing. We would love to come back again.

Amazing place to stay right next to all the action. The hosts are amazing. They helped us with all our needs. Very responsive. This is a great place to stay to enjoy all that is Hilton Head. Look no further ! Cant wait to come back

This place was perfect for our family of 4! It was a very quiet place close to beach and pool. We had a great time here but wished we could have stayed longer!

Excellent stay! Great location for walk/bike to restaurants and shopping. Absolutely beautiful beach. Everything was exactly as it looked when viewing on Airbnb and very clean. Hope to be back!

we loved this place! perfect for families! it was such a cute beach feeling condo. it is right next to the stairs which my family loved but a little away from the elevator if that is a big deal to anyone. the private beach access boardwalk is pretty long so be prepared for that but I have a walking family so it was fine for us. only 2 complaints: there were dirty dishes from the last people in the dishwasher which is okay but definitely makes you question the cleanliness of the whole place (everything else did feel perfectly clean). & the water pressure on the shower heads was awful, which usually would be fine but except on a beach vacation, you need water pressure to get all the sand off. overall we loved it & would book here again.

Just finished our vacation at 106 Beach Walk. We were so happy with our choice our condo was clean easy to find super easy check in also very spacious Short walk to the beach quite complex. We definitely would use this place again

Can’t say enough about the location! Walkable to so many different shops, restaurants, and great access to the beach. The apartment was updated and clean and a great home base for the weekend. I would have loved a little more comfortable patio furniture to enjoy the ocean view, but that did not deter from the amazing weekend!

Pros Beautiful view. Great location unit was nice could use a little updating. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there. Cons. Bath towels poor quality. Pls Invest in new towels for your guests. You’re charging enough for rental there should be nice towels. Living room couch not at all comfortable Tv extremely difficult to operate

Leyani’s place is situated beautifully in Palmetto Dunes, providing easy access to the beach, restaurants, bike paths, tennis courts, and more! We appreciated Leyani’s clear and prompt communication regarding a minor cleaning issue—she was extremely professional, helpful, and prompt. The layout is wonderful for families, with 3 full bathrooms, the master downstairs, and a large second bedroom and loft sleeping area upstairs. We loved our time in Hilton Head!

WOW! We’ve been staying at Shorewood for years and this unit was beautiful and pristine!! Probably one of the cleanest/tidiest places we’ve ever stayed and so comfortable! The location is one that you cannot beat and not that you would want to leave, but there is so much to do that’s walkable at Coligny! Our kids LOVE the pool as well! We had the pleasure of running into Robin and Peter on the beach and they were so kind and an absolute pleasure! Loved having them as our hosts and cannot wait to come back!

Absolutely loved our visit to Hilton Head staying in Nikki’s place. It was clean, spacious, and felt just like home. The back deck is right off of hole 15 on the golf course and a short walk to the beach or drive to the beach parking lot. Loved it here, would definitely stay again.

This is our second year to stay at 12b. We had a wonderful time. I would recommend this place to everyone. I have already reserved for next year.
